Start to finish easy peasy! I contacted Pink via email because I was interested in a Halo water purification system. I heard back from Stephanie that same night, it was a weekend mind you, so I was impressed with the responsiveness right off the bat. She and I emailed back and forth and she was very patient answering all of my questions and providing an estimate. I decided to utilize the 0% interest 18-month financing, applied, and set up an appointment for the installation to happen only 2 days later! Lou came on time and went over all of my options. He was thorough and courteous, answering all of my questions and taking my concerns into account. Several hours later, I was set with my whole home water purification system! So easy! Lou was very thoughtful and conscientious of how he installed everything and the logistics of everything. The price was about what I expected. I will definitely call them in the future if I have plumbing needs and will recommend them to my friends. Also my water tastes great!!!

Moon Valley Pluming came out quickly for a check up on a new building we moved into and fixed multiple issues from a bad water heater to a ceased disposal. Travis and his team are professional and do quality work. within an hour of discovering our water heater was bad (which was hanging 12 feet in the air), they had a lift out and had it swapped in no time. From the time I placed my call you had a repaiman here within an hour. Frank, the repairman was very friendly, knowledgeable and started troubleshooting immediately. Frank quickly found the problem, replaced the defective part and the heating system started working. He also took excellent pics of the heating unit in my attic and pointed out potential problem areas to consider. Frank quoted me the prices for the improvements I wanted, which I found very reasonable, and he got right back to work on my unit. In the end everything works great now. Had I used my home warranty company for this repair I would still be waiting for a return call from them and then another week before the problem was even addressed. I've had too many nightmare experiences with them. Thank you, Parker and Sons and specifically Frank for getting heat back in my home on the same day the problem was reported. I highly recommend your company!!

Troy from The Aussie Plumber did an excellent job repairing our leaky shower plumbing. He spoke highly of The Aussie Plumber owner, told me exactly what he was planning to do to fix the problem and did so in a clean, meticulous manner. He also informed me a piece of our shower plumbing had been installed incorrectly, and he fixed it. So happy I do not have the drip drip drip any longer, thanks to The Aussie Plumber and Troy.

Tech was a nice guy. Lit my gas water heater. Charged me $150.00 to do so. That is ridiculous. Will Not use these guys again.

The heat on my water heater went out. Anthony's plumbing came out and my tech was Eric. Outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Eric explained everything in detail as well so I could understand what had happened to the water heater. We had to wait for the part to come in, but he wasted no time getting here first thing in the morning. The job was done well and I have hot water. I must also say that both times Eric came and the second day he had Anthony with him, both men were groomed well, clean clothes and more than presentable. I only say this because it is nice to see this in a profession where a suit and tie are not required. I have plenty of service people come to the house who look a mess, and although the job requires you to get dirty, you can see these two guys took pride in their job and appearance therefore PROFESSIONAL. Thank you. We will use Anthony plumbing again.

Our 14 year old water heater gave out and we needed it replaced. Vance came out and was super informative and thorough. I had some questions about tankless water heaters and he was very clear in what needed to be done in order to get one installed. He was patient and answered all of my questions and was done in a couple of hours. Very professional and courteous service.
