Noah and the team were incredibly helpful, curteous and knowledgeable. Needed to repair and replace sewer pipe and the connection to the city sewer due to severe root problem. Update from previous rating: well it only took 4 different people to come to the house to figure out what had to happen to stop my floor from trying to erupt! Today 10/26, more than a month later, a supervisor finally came out to check on the issue, it was a quick fix, and certainly not worth all the aggrevation, but they did finally stand behind their word to make things right. This was my original post: I have been waiting for more than a week to find out why a manufactured home does not fit their standards for some of their services. It was good enough for them to install a 10,000 dollar unit, but my floor now rises because they tell me that it was installed wrong five years ago, even though it NEVER happened in that time. I also found out after the fact that my 10 year warranty does not cover labor, which is also an option I was never presented. I am hoping they come up with a solution, or I may need to pursue other options.

Franz was great. Arrived in a timely manner. Clogged pipe was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Will use Aussie plumbing again in the future.

Walt really saved my bacon when I came home after 8pm to find my water heater leaking. He came out within an hour, diagnosed the issue, explained the options, and took out the old heater late into the night. He worked around my schedule to install the new heater, and thoroughly explained every step and how to perform regular maintenance going forward. Highly recommend for a thorough, experienced, and friendly experience.

Matthew was pleasant, efficient and professional. He fixed our clogged drain and also noticed some other not so great repairs and he fixed those too! I would highly recommend this company.

Had an appointment for a repair at a rental property for 7-11am. Hadn't heard anything so called at 10:55 for an update. Left a voicemail and Laszlo called me back a few minutes later to say he wrote down the job was cancelled. I said I did not cancel it and had driven to the property and was waiting for him. He said he doesn't make mistakes. Told him I would find someone competent to do the repair instead and he said good.

Even if you say that a person will go that extra mile for you, does not come close to describing the effort that Mark put forward to get my dryer to work. Mark had to go up to the middle of the attic, stepping carefully from beam to beam, then lift and hold-in- place a heavy coil of air conditioning duct, just to get to the junction box in order to work on it and fix it.Fixing the dryer's plug, junction box, breaker panel, and review of the house was greatly appreciated by both my wife and I. We have used this company twice now in just over one year. The owner, Ron, is awesome! Ron cleared our clogged kitchen sink drain with ease and at no additional cost when other plumbers were going to charge us extra fees for having to go up on our roof. He came out again to clear a nasty sewer blockage. Both times he quoted us the price over the phone and was able to come to our house within 2 hours of our call. Ron does not try to sell extra services or service plans. He solves the problem and is on his way in no time. We couldn’t be more pleased with Ron and his swift, courteous, and professional service.
