I had a leak between the house and street. I called my service line warranty company who in turn contacted Moon Valley Plumbing. I received a call from MVP that they would have a plumber dispatched in 30 minutes. Dallen arrived within 45 minutes, found and fixed the problem. Moon Valley Plumbing will get all of my plumbing business going forward. Great service.

I have mixed feelings about the service. The technician, Dwayne, was extremely professional. He was able to unclog the main line through the roof vent. He was here for two hours.The mixed feeling comes from the cost of the service. I recently bought the property and I am a first-time home owner. The toilet started overflowing at 4 am in the morning. The unit has a shared main line and the clog originated from another unit. We were able to bucket the water into the shower until the 8am appointment. We weren't sure what to do nor what the cost would be. It cost $917. After researching online, the average cost for cleaning the main line is between $350 and $600.He said the cost reflected the need to use two snakes, but the pictures provided only show one snake being used.We planned on using Parker and Sons for an AC replacement as the house's AC needs to be replaced. The customer service has been great, but something doesn't feel right about the cost for the main line cleaning.

I would like to thank Anthony's plumbing for their honesty and great work which they performed doing a major reroute of plumbing due to a slab leak which we encountered with a couple of months ago.

I can not remember the last time I was actually satisfied with any contractual transaction I have been involved with, so a big thank to Anthony's plumbing to change my negative view I have carried with me due to all of my past bad experiences and I know for a fact that I will only contact them if I ever need any plumbing work done in the future. Andrew came to my place tonight to unclog a sewer line. Gave me all kinds of good advice, contacted another team to come out to do a clean up and check the water damage from the back up into my house. Nicest guy in the world!
