We had a wonderful experience with Renovate Your Gate and we love our new gate. The company was responsive from the initial inquiry to completion. We got to pick our design and our color, they even recommended the keypad lock (which they installed). 100% recommend.

The installers Lavandis and Mike called in advance to say they could arrive early to begin the install. They were professional, proceeded with their work, and completed the Katchakid pool net quickly and with quality. The new net replaced the original net installed almost 16 years ago. We expect this new net to perform as well or better than the original. The company has been great to work with over the years and the price, quality, and performance of the net, anchors, tensioner, and reel have exceeded our expectations. Great product, great company, and great staff.

Absolutely great service! Chris was fantastic to work with and kept me informed on everything. Even though it was an expense that I was not planning on spending, everything was completed quickly and accurately. I am completely satisfied with the completed product. I don't anticipate any issues, but I know that I can reach out to Precision Door if anything comes up.

We quoted, scheduled and put a deposit down with Ironman Pool Fence to have a fabric style fence installed. Come the day of installation, no one shows up. We call only to find out that they never ordered the materials. Very unprofessional.

Called, and was told I am going to put you on hold was how the phone was answered. I have left two voicemails and my phone calls have yet to be returned. My credit card has been charged for a gate remote that was promised to be delivered a week ago but still have not recieved. I was never sent any confirmation or tracking information. If I had a choice, I would never do business with this company.

Not open during business hours, rude not helpful

I scheduled an estimate with Universal Fence & Gates but the estimator never showed up. I did not receive a phone call to be notified that they would be late or needed to reschedule. I guess they don't need my business.
