Had a overflowing toilet on a rental property. I called DiamondBack not knowing them because of the emergency. They were there that day and fixed the problem needing to replace the toilet and the cost was very reasonable. Other plumbers may have gouged an owner in this situation but the communication and response was outstanding. Even my tenant said he would give them 5 stars ! Thank you DiamondBack !

I was happy that Parker and son's arrived in an emergency situation so quickly. You can count on that. You can also count on it costing you $$$$. I had an issue with my water heater that was on the verge of failure. It was leaking and about to burst. I turned it all off that night and called Parker who arrived the following afternoon. Happy with the service and time frame but my water heater cost me 3400.00 to be replaced. Standard 40 gallon unit you can purchase at 800-1200 at home Depot. When I asked the plumber what the breakdown was for labor and unit cost he simply told me that is the price. I paid extra for the 10 year warranty. Even with the additional fee for the extra warranty I still paid more 2k for a 2 hour job. They caught me with my pants around my ankles as I was desperate for the fix and he arrived with it in his truck. I should have been on top of it and fixed it myself but the emergency didn't allow that. They got me.

People exceeded my expectations, installing a new gas line for my kitchen

We had a problem with ac air distribution in our house. Phillip was very thorough getting up into the attic checking the ducting, checking the ac units inside and out. He took the time to explain the ac distribution system and ways to improve it. He was polite and patient and answered all our questions. Very Happy with the Service.

Great service at a honest price, I use Amigo Rooter & plumbing because I know I can count on them to get the job done right the first time.
