Chris was great! He cleared out my rusty old drain at a fair price, in a friendly & professional manner. I've gone through lots of plumbers but I've now found one I'll be using for all future needs.

Good guy plumber accidentally missed a leaky pipe so only 50% of the work was done. I was ready to close wall and be done with it, so had I not noticed it, there'd been another leak, another $500. Called up the office and only heard crickets when I asked about price and a possible discount. Fixed it myself. Hope your CEO gets that 3rd yacht.

These guys were just terrible i called them on a routine pluggeg drain for a spcial they had for 69$ the plumber came out ran his snake through the main drain pipe and end up running the snake all the way up and through the toilet breaking the base of the toilet!!! The snake was literally flopping around inside the hall way of our house now the compant wont take responsibilty and even worse the techician is lying it was already broken i do not recommend these guys at all terrible company!!!! I am goingvto BBB andcreport them and taking them to court!!! Not to mention the plumber offered to fix toilet he broe for 750$ rediculous!!!!

Received imediate response, and a tech was sent right out. He was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable with how to approach the repair. I would call them again. Wbf

Well - three servicemen had to come out and it took 5 days to get the part --- meanwhile I WAS staying warm with a borrowed small heater. I still do not have an itemized statement and receipt. However, my heating system is now fixed and I am warm again.....thank you.

Did a wonderful job

I purchased a home in Sun City, my plumbing had a backup. I called Rooter Hero to snake the line. I asked if the can send a camera down the line at which they performed at no charge. Although the results came back with the old cast iron piping being completely shot. On the monitor you can see the cast iron had rotted out almost the entire length of the pipe to the street. It was just terrible news and very pricy, so i got several bids for a full pipe replacement procedure called "Pipe Bursting", where they bore through the excisting piping with a new ABS pipe, pulling it through hydraulically. Rooter Hero gave me the best bid out of severalsof the valleys top compeditors. Being that over 25 years ago I had 5 contractors licenses, one being plumbing, I can tell you they did an excellent job in a professional manner. I would recommend Rooter Hero without reservations, they were a hard working crew, Rocky the Supervisor was very knowledgeable, along with Adam, Chris and a couple others were excellent plumbers. Use these guys, you won't be disappointed! .... Thanks guys...Ron

I have used them on 2 different properties, both times they send out someone that uses a plumbing snake with the consistency of a wet noodle to try and unblock my drain then immediately tells me they need to get a camera. Then someone else shows up and runs a camera and says there is a blockage that will cost thousands!!! I fell for it the first time, but on the last occasion, I felt completely scammed and told them I didnt want it fixed, I rented a plumbers snake and cleared the drain myself and have been clear for the last 6 months.

Their price provided the best value out of three quotes!

Thanks to Hero's company who were able to help me with my plumbing and I am very happy with Cristobal for explaining everything well.

Blue plumbers plumbing technicians were very efficient n knowledgeable . They handled everything neat n wonderful . Even the receptionist was helpful n sweet . Would definitely recommend them .

“Jim is awesome in ever sense of the word! Had an emergency leak with an old irrigation pipe on a Sunday evening. I called two other companies I worked with in the passed. One had a call center which I got no call back and the other went to VM. I call All Hours Plumbing, and immediately I hear, This is Jim. Jim came out, quickly identified the problem, gave me a more than fair quote, and fixed my problem in no time.

If you're in an emergency, he's the guy to call! He even took the time to help out with another plumbing problem and fixed that easily. Now I can shower tonight! Thanks again Jim!!!!”

I found Aaron and Plumbrite Services to be TOP NOTCH, in knowledge, experience, quality of work and most of all at a REASONABLE cost!
I would highly recommend this service, as I definitely will in my HOA, which I have been a volunteer in for over 17yrs.

Was simply calling to get a quote for service. Nothing urgent and was told that someone would call me back two days in a row. If they were not interested in the work, all they had to do was say so. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a good sign for any business to ignore their customers.

Tony showed up and was very professional. He went right to work. He got my old shower valve out and replaced it. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. Tony is very friendly and would recommend him highly.
