Fast, reliable, too quality, puts clients first. Our wall leak could have been on the surface or in the wall. They checked everything first to see if they had to cut into the wall. By doing the checks first they confirmed surface only thus did not have to cut into the wall. Saving money and a separate call to a drywaller. I respect they didn't go a path that would have been more cost first.

Custom Plumbing did a great job fixing my backflow preventer at a reasonable price. When a new issue was found, it was also fixed without charging me more than the original quote. I had service done, for the whole house plumbing inspection on Thursday 1/21/21. Derek was the tech that came, he checked all the sinks, toilets, showers, soft water unit and the tank less water heater, also did a flush cleaning of the heater. He explained alot about the plumbing. He was friendly, thorough, very knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service and will use them again. We have never used this company before but they were very nice and did a very thorough job. Very professional in there job and very courteous. The plumber was a little late but we scheduled them late in the morning and they were out on the same day. I would use them again anytime. I found there pricing very reasonable. We hired Plumbers of Maricopa after having 6 other plumbers out to our home. The exact root cause of our issue was unknown and required camera scoping and eventually excavation. This is not something any homeowner wants to have to do. Not only can it be expensive, but it's inconvenient and extremely destructive to the inside of someone's home. Talk about stressful too. We called Chris after seeing five star reviews online. Prior to calling him, we felt all of the options we were given were extreme and unnecessary. Chris took the time to not only view the camera footage we had from the previous plumbers, but also talk through a variety of options to solve our problem. Chris is professional and responsive and kind. Greg, one of his top plumbers, led the project and work very hard. They respected our property and home and Kept the work site as clean as possible. Greg and Chris both kept us in the loop and would let us know when there was a change in plans or something new had been uncovered. Its been over a year that James came and and redid all our plumbing in the whole house and there has not been a single issue since. Not to mention my monthly water bill has dropped because of his work. The only plumber I will ever use and i HIGHLY suggest using him!

Realized my water heater was leaking Sunday of MLK weekend (of course). On Monday I called Plumbrite. They offered to provide an estimate if I would submit photos of my current water heater and it’s spec label. Within 1 hour I received a very fair estimate. Plumbrite’s schedule was already pretty full and the best they could do was Thursday AM. I spoke with Aaron and explained we were already without hot water for 24hrs. Going another 3 days just wouldn’t cut it. He said he’d call some of his Tuesday appointments and call me back. Within the hour, he called back and said he was able to move his 8am appointment but not the next one. He could do my install but he’d need to start between 6:30am and 7. I agreed and he was there the next day as promised. He and a helper removed the old unit and installed the new one. He showed me one of my existing valves which had a crack and he recommended it be replaced for $25. I agreed and upon presentation of the final bill it was the original estimate amount plus $25. Great job and great company. I highly recommend.

We bought our ac from these guys 5 years ago so thought we would get an estimate on a water softener. We were shocked to receive an estimate of 3200.-6600. (this did include one toilet replacement. I don't think so!! Also charged a trip charge-oh wait- forgot to add the tax on that.Since when do trip charges include a tax? And wait- can I get some ID on that check? Really,on a check we write from our own home and have a history with this company.??? So verydisappointed! Will NEVER purchase from your company again!
