Custom plumbing fixed my plumbing, FAST & affordable. Best ever.

I had a badly leaking hose bib. To make matters worse the leaking water deposited a great deal of sediment on the valve and piping. I did not have the tools to remove the old faucet, clean up the deposits and install a new faucet.Parker and Sons sent out a technician and in no time at all ge replaced the bad fittings and had the new one installed.One comment I do have is, nice job guys. Nice job.

Excellent prompt service, professional, friendly and reasonable prices. Mark from Anthony's Plumbing came to snake our main drain, and check the slow running bathroom sink drain. Mark was very thorough and took his time checking all the drains we had issues with, answered all our questions, so that we knew exactly what he was going to do and what we needed to do to prevent further problems. We felt very relieved that Mark was so knowledgeable and honest and showed us with a state of the art camera what the problems were. We will recommend Mark and Anthony's Plumbing to all our friends. We were very happy with the result and will call Anthony's Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

Great experience with Hero Home Services from the first contact. They could have scheduled someone same day but I didn't need them till the next day. Joel came and did a fantastic job. He explained everything that had to be done before they charged anything and kept me in the loop the entire time. I highly recommend this company.

Our RUUD water heater had had the biscuit, so I called the people who handle the maintenance requests (we are renters), and they sent out a tech from A.P.E.S . The chap that turned up, named Anthony, was courteous and kind and did a bang-up job of removing the deceased RUUD water heater and installing a new one, complete with a drainage tray. Just in case. Anthony is a terrific chap. Thanks again !

We called Integrity Plumbing and talked to Mel. Never ever have we had someone working on our plumbing who was as genuine a person and professional as he and his staff were. Our water had to be shut off and they made sure the job was done correctly and timely. I give Integrity Plumbing our highest recommendations!

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

Steve Kenyon was my sales consultant and my service inspector. He was a pleasure to work with. They did all they could for my old A/C unit and when it finally died Steve helped make sure the new unit was the best one for the job.

I had the pleasure of having Matthew Neidich come to my home to have my A/C units checked out. I had specifically requested Matthew after reading one glowing review after another and I was not disappointed! He was professional, thorough and friendly! He went over all work needed, showed me pics of everything so I could see what needed to be done and then after the job was complete what was done. The poor guy had to step over a gaggle of kids and dogs and did so with a smile on his face. The pricing was fair and the job was done same day no issues at all. Elemental Plumbers did an amazing job! I had heard really good service from some friends and decided to give them a call for a few plumbing issues I was having around the house. Frank came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me his honest opinion about what can be done to fix it. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!
