After using this company for over a year they are always on time or notify me if they’re going to be a few minutes late. They go above and beyond to be responsive and come out for any extra services if I’m having a problem in between normal monthly service. Finally found a great exterminator… Very happy.

Crew was friendly and quick. They had bees removed in 1 hour. Experience with office was sketchy, they sent a man out to inspect the tree, but still could not give me a quote, instead it was an open end quote with a cap of $1500.00. Job ended up costing $485.00 for the hour they spent on the tree. Not sure if that was fair as I had no other quotes to compare with. I trusted them because they worked with the company that was cutting my tree down. Next time I will shop around.

Made an appointment last week for today. Called today to see when they would be here and they have no record of the appointment! Told them I spoke to Sam but was informed he is in the Tucson office and the appointment info did not make it to Scottsdale! Now the appointment we have is over 3 weeks away! UPDATE: THEY CALLED MIDDAY AND SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM SHOWS APPOINTMENTS ON INSPECTORS TABLETS BUT NOT ON OFFICE COMPUTER SO THEY NEED SOME WORK ON THAT.

The young man came told me he was here to spray the house downin front and back set traps out for rodent in the garage. He squared me away. What else can I ask for. Great Job thanks.

Annette and Ken are great - super friendly, always on-time and provide me with superior service compared to the other companies. They are not a franchise and so I never feel treated like I was just another number.

I also love the fact that they are able to help with all of my needs, including termites, and they give a free termite inspection. I will always use them for my pest control needs in the Phoenix area.

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

We have been dealing with tiny ants that were in the house. Another pest company we worked with could not get rid of them, but Arizona's Exterminator Company got the job done!! Thank you!

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.

Best service, and service professional we have had.

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.

Nick got us on his schedule quickly, worked around our busy life, and kept us updated on exactly when to expect him. He was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain how the product worked, and assured our pets and babies were safe around them. He mentioned areas that he had assessed needed to be treated more heavily, like specific bushes in our back yard, and asked if there were any specific problem areas I had noticed in the house. We will absolutely be using Fromms Pest Control for regular service and will be recommending him to all our friends.

Came here to pick up an order I made around 3:00 pm and I was stuck waiting in the lobby for near an hour because their department had left already?? I waited for my stuff and left promptly. Will never do business with them again.

Incredibly disappointed by the customer service response provided by the manager of this company. We have a great security system at our home which perfectly captured 1 employee looking out as another employee stole $28.00 and some gift cards out of our vehicle. I called budget brothers to let them know right away that their personnel had just completed a termite service at my home and we came out to the car to find the door ajar, white dusty fingerprints all over the center console and glove compartment. I asked the manager to please let the employees know they have until the following morning to come back in person with our items and an apology or we would file a police report. At first the manager wouldn't hear me out, saying there was no way his guys would do something like that. Then I told him I had it on camera from two different angles, he stopped in his tracks and said yeah you should just report them. I didn't want to file a police report for $28 dollars and a few $50 dollar gift cards, I wanted an apology and lesson learned. He said he would not communicate that to his team and if a report needed to be filed than so be it. I called back and left a VM on the main line the following morning to try one more time and they never called me back. I didn't file the police report simply because of time but I still can in the future should this not bring down the rating. It truly is disappointing that after being a 5 year customer, this was the response and action taken.

Way overpriced!! More than twice as much, i guess it depends on your situation for me i was selling a house and this was the estimate given so i went with another pest control to trwat termites.
