Greg and the team at Small Improvements did a great job for us. We had 2 large 8ft x 6ft windows replaced, and wanted something that would look nice and last forever. We researched quite a few different brands and grades of windows, but ultimately decided we were most comfortable with these. We knew it would update the look of our house, but we completely underestimated the impact. We’ve had so many compliments since they’ve been in - our family is amazed.

Overall we’re very happy with our choice. The install went fine, the communication was good. When we’re ready to finish the rest of the windows in the house, we’ll probably be back.

had a bit of an emergency Superior glass not only answered there phone and even called back in a very short time. As you know if you have had to deal with this kind of stuff is not common. When they showed up ON TIME the tech was very kind and knew what he was doing. he was in and out in no time and the window was set and clean. After speaking to some friends turns out i got a more than fair price. i would use them again

Couldn't even show up for the consultation appt did not call until 30 mins after the appt we received no call prior to say he was running behind.

Alex was on time, and vary polite. Measurements of all the windows were done in a timely manner. He kept us informed on each window and reviewed all the work ordered for each window.

Okay terrible first experiences. Just tons of mistakes. Spoke with a rep (manager I believe) at Jackson’s in Phoenix, appreciated his sincerity & they want to try to rectify things and I gave them yet another chance.This experience was LOADS better. So much improvement. #1 Their communication has improved entirely with confirmation emails, text reminders, and calls. They brought the right glass, the 1st (& final) time around, the install tech made sure to show me the glass and explain everything prior to install. Justin was the install tech and he was great! Very nice & straight up. Best tech I’ve had an experience with thus far through them (my 3rd tech). He did an awesome install job. The last time I was right, the last guy did mess up, he placed the glass in weird/incorrectly, and he did something to my rear view mirror. You can see this time Justin put everything in original place the glass should be in, put the mirror back right, and sealed it all perfectly. They did a great job finally rectifying things. I’m veryy happy about that!Keeping the rating at a 4 just because the first two experiences weren’t too great. But if every experience they provided was like this last time, I would definitely recommend them.

From the initial quote to the installation, Imperial Windows did an excellent job with our home. We had 12 windows and a patio door completed. Ken was great with sales and showed technical knowledge of the windows. He was honest and provided immediate response to my questions prior to contract. John, the owner kept us up to date on manufacture shipping times. The installers were wonderful and completed the job efficiently and were very clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

High end windows. 4 stars for the price but 5 for the quality, warranty and 6 stars for customer service!

FRAUD!! SCAM!! They basically forced/bullied us in to financing window replacements with their financing company, took the money that was shelled out as an advance (was not supposed to be paid out until work was completed) and completed ZERO work. I've filed with the BBB, ROC, and submitted to Channel 3. On my way to get legal representation next. At this point the only thing we want from these liars is that financing to be revoked for work NOT done. Oh, and did I mention, said financing company said there was an interest free, no payment due period until 11.2022 but they have reported this account to the credit bureau's as being LATE (so now we are fighting with them too). Unbelievable. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?? Make sure you read all the reviews, currently they have five ACTIVE ROC cases and their license expires this month (no submissions to renew either). They do not call clients back, they do not perform contracted work. The owner, Tammy is living high on the hog with all of our financed dollars. SO many people are in the same boat as us - makes me wonder if we should all ban together and file a class action suit? It also grosses me out that I had to use a star but you can't post a review if you don't at least click on one.
