I had a water heater break and leak while out of town and called Parker & Sons for service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Isaac Wilkinson, Max Dillwood, and Jake (apprentice). They were excellent at putting me at ease in a very stressful situation, were extremely courteous, professional, and punctual. They diagnosed my problems, provided multiple options and advice for repairs, and worked very efficiently once service started. Walked me through repairs as they completed them so I had a full understanding of what happened from beginning to end. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them to anyone and I am extremely happy I used Parker & Sons.

We had to have our water heater replaced so I did a quick Google search for some of the best plumbing companies. This one was definitely at the top of that list. Alan and his dad came out and installed a new water heater right away. The prices were fair, the customer service and responsiveness was fantastic, and they cleaned up everything after they were done with the job. They will definitely be on my speed dial for any other plumbing projects that I need taken care of. Would highly recommend.

My water heater quit on me over night and I had to call a plumbing company this morning. I was very cautious on what company to call, but I'm glad I called Plumbers of Maricopa. Their website made if very easy to communicate with Chris even before the office was open. He even scheduled a time to come look at my water water first thing. Upon arrival Chris was very professional and polite. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable. I will be calling Plumbers of Maricopa for further problems. Thanks Chris.

Contacted Hero Home Services when sewer line became plugged. John came out promptly and found the problem with a camera late in the day. This was Dec 23rd. George and his crew came out on 12/24 and worked to expose the pipe that was being crushed by a huge tree root. They hooked up a temporary line for us to use Christmas Day. George and crew were back 12/26 and the line fixed. John, George and crew were hard working guys!

The service call related to a broken kitchen faucet in my home. They fixed the problem with minimal cost in a very effective manner.

We had an emergency leak in our house last Friday evening and our house was flooding. We tried calling several emergency plumbing companies and this was the only one that called us back immediately. The person on the phone was very nice. They were out to our house very quickly and ahead of time. James and Josh were amazing!! They were very knowledgeable and fixed our leak very quickly. I highly recommend them!!

This was a great company. They were incredibly friendly on the phone and I was shocked how quickly they were able to come fix our faucet leak. Clayton was a class act and very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely hire them again for future jobs.

I want everyone know what a great company Hays is. Aaron spent around 7 hours working on my AC. I don't know if you know what a zone unit is, but I have 4 zones and Aaron was very informed of my set-up. He was very nice and informed me of everything he was doing. The Most Excellent job done by Mr. James .f. My hot water wasn't getting hot (only in the shower) and we had maintenance Mr. Oggy come by 3times. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix the issue however, he said if he can't get it fixed he'll be glad to escalate it to his manager. Glad he did because then I met Mr. James who was Very polite & respectful and got the job done in a reasonable time. On time when you're selling your new unit Services very unreliable

I had an A/C repair need on a Friday at midday. Penguin Air answered my call right away and sent out Nathan within a few hours. He was very polite and professional and my A/C was working in less than an hour because he was ready with the necessary part. I am very satisfied with the service and will call on Penguin Air again if I ever need have another A/C issue.

I never thought I’d say that about a plumbing repair. However, we were blessed to be the first customers of the day for repairmen Landon and Robert from Sunny Plumber. They were professional, technically proficient, and VERRRRRY kind and personable.

I’m a retired senior executive and I came to Arizona to visit my elderly aunt. While here, she had a leak under her kitchen sink so we called Sunny Plumber.

Now, when I was employed I worked for the federal government for almost 40 years. During my tenure I managed thousands of customer service representatives. In all my time in federal service I never encountered folks kinder, or more considerate and pleasant than Robert and Landon. These guys were REALLY nice!!!

And they weren’t just nice, they also knew what they were doing! They took their time to explain all the repairs to my elderly aunt and even made recommendations for additional work to prevent a mold problem from developing.

I simply can’t find enough nice things to say about Landon and Robert from Sunny Plumbers! They were the personification of outstanding customer service professionals! YOU HAVE REALLY GOT TWO KEEPERS SUNNY PLUMBERS! WAY TO GO!
