I called last evening to have someone come to check out our problem. At 8:00am the next morning we had John ( the foreman) and Kerry come to our home to check It out. After a sewer scope the previous day from another company, we found our line to be in bad shape and needed to be fixed.

I can’t say enough good things about these 2 gentlemen, prompt, courteous and very professional. They explained everything to us in terms we (non plumbers) could understand, and not only that, they started the 3 day job right away. Don’t hesitate to call this company. You won’t be disappointed.

We called our home warranty On Guard for a drain problem so called Technicians came out from stellar home services and they said we have no problem with our drainage so we ended up sending him on their way canceled our home warranty and called REDDI within two hours we had a technician Matt Mattox come to our home identify the problem right away cleaned out our drains for a very reasonable price I am happy to say I will recommend this company told my friends and family. I give Matt Mattox 100% for his professionalism and his knowledge

I had ejector pump that seized up and was challenging to access on my septic system, I couldn’t use shower or use the restroom for days! Called 10-12 different companies and no one wanted to help me! Joe at Mr Rooter called me back and immediately set up a time to come out and assess it, he also did some research on the Leadtime of a replacement pump if needed prior to showing up, he had 3 options for replacement pumps. Luckily they were able to unclog the impeller on the existing pump at a fraction of a replacement pump! Thank you guys for stepping up in a bad situation and doing a great job!!!
