I have to deal with plumbers more than I would like. Have used Robins twice now...great experience both times and a 1/3 the cost of Parker, rainforest ot roto! Have found our businesses plumbing provider going forward and recommend them to anyone else as well!

Superb service from the start !! I had sprung a water leak at the main line between the meter and the house. Office staff is awesome and extremely helpful. My Tech (Hayden) was not only on time, but early. The leak detection company also arrived early so they were actually able to complete the repair while I was on vacation. Definitely will call Moon Valley for my plumbing needs from here on out !!

While trying to replace a leaking shower valve, the valve broke off and got wedged into the pipe. Called Accent after a friend’s recommendation. Our plumber Tony arrived about two hours early, worked on getting the stuck valve out - it took some patience and strength! Finally got it out, found a replacement in his truck, and thinks are as good as new. Thanks!

Months later, as a nation, we were hit with COVID-19, which drastically impacted my wife's industry, "Hospitality and Event Management", as well as many others. As a result, our way of life: living, socializing, and working has changed in unexpected ways.Despite these challenges, as a family and as a nation, we are all doing our best to maintain health, happiness, and prosperous lives. Within 24 hours of reaching out to Custom Pluming of Arizona, LLC., Ignasio and Edward arrived on site to assess the recently discovered leak. After assessing the issue, they were very prompt and professional in offering us both long-term and short-term options that would best fit our budget.Given the issues mentioned at the beginning of this post, disposable cash on hand is a luxury we don't really have at the moment, so we opted to move forward with the lower cost temporary solution and scheduled the work to be completed the following day. The next morning when Ignasio and Edward arrived, they let us know that the Custom Pluming of Arizona, LLC. leadership team had been made aware of our recent life challenges and offered to implement the permanent solution at no cost to us.Ignasio and Edward's kind and incredibly generous news warmed our hearts and brought tears to our eyes. Within a few hours, the leak was repaired, and the workspace/landscaping was clean and returned to normal conditions. A/C stopped working, called on a Saturday morning and tech was out that afternoon. System was installed new by Parker & Sons 4 years ago, still under warranty. Tech did not have part to make the repair, was going to order it and give me a status report on Monday morning. Then tech tried to sell me on a surge protector for the HVAC system. Said it was necessary but could not tell me why they didn't install one when they first put the system in. If it was that necessary, why wasn't it installed then? Of course, got no answer. Received no call on Monday. Called first thing Tuesday to get a status, was told they had received the part on Monday and are ready to finish the repair. Tech came out on Tuesday afternoon and finished. Was then informed that there was a $95 charge that was called a "deductible". First explanation was that we did not do the necessary system inspections and that's why we were being charged. I informed the tech that inspections were done and paperwork could be produced. Inspections were done by another company due to lack of professionalism from Parker & Sons. Second explaination for the charge was due to the cost of location and picking up the needed part, the part that was under warranty. Paid the charge and called the CS rep that I initially talked to, was given his voice mail. Still waiting for a call back, it's been over a week. I've been told that I must buy an inspection package thru Parker & Sons or the remaining 6 years on the warranty will be null and void. I have talked to four people there to try and explain all the reasons for my disatisfaction (we have had other garbage work done by them), but nobody cares to listen. I am frustrated with the lack of professionalism, lack of quality work, constant upselling of unnecessary products and services, no returning of phone calls and upper management indifference. I figure I have 6 more years of them holding me hostage before I can deal with a company that cares more about their customers.

We were initially going to shop around to get the lowest price possible, but Anthony’s was our first one and we liked them so much we cancelled all the other estimate appointments. Can’t say great enough things about them, they will definitely be our go-to plumber for the foreseeable future.

They came as quickly as I’ve ever had anyone come. I’m a widow I was crying I was upset I was afraid to use the bathroom and it had overflowed because my sprinkler system ran for five hours without my knowledge and it was a big mess but they handled it so well and I will always use them and recommend him highly
