Best Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

I’m not sure if it was an employee or the owner (my hands had olive oil on them from prepping dinner so I was rushed) but a gentleman just hand delivered the $100 refund check and a box of See’s Candy. Very nice touch. Changed my rating from 1 to 5 because this company heard our feedback and didn’t brush it off.Does it change our experience? No. BUT it does make me believe that our experience isn’t the norm, which I had a feeling anyhow based on prior reviews that led us to use this company in the first place.Final feedback is that the check was made out to my husband. It was actually my card that was used to pay for the repair - the wife. Probably unintentional, but remember that progressive customer service approaches, like asking who the check should be made out to, are noticed and appreciated. Not everyone banks jointly, and not all husbands make more than the wife ?********************************************************The gentleman was punctual, friendly and fast but there was ZERO dust mitigation.I’d hope that plastic would have been hung or laid down, I spent a good hour cleaning up the entire bathroom afterwards. EVERY inch was covered in dust and grime.**Edit 1: My husband came home and checked the work after I paid, there isn’t any caulking around the plate and the shower head is loose. He’s calling them now.It sucks leaving this kind of review because the guy was nice. But this was $1000.00 repair and it wasn’t done properly.I’ll update if they come fix it.**Edit 2:Called and the guy came back but tried blaming ME, by saying, “ But your wife said everything looked ok “Mind blown. My husband asked him if that was really this company’s quality control, asking someone with zero plumbing experience if their work “looks ok”They offered a refund of $100.00This was our daughter’s birthday and we were late to a function because the work was not done right the first time.I also had to clean the carpet because the guy walked back and forth between bathrooms without putting down any plastic or mats.Then clean my tub a second time after he left.Ridiculous experience.

I am not sure of the name of the gentleman that came to help with our plumbing issues but he was thorough and had quite a bit of knowledge. i shopped around on pricing and they came back with the best price. Noah and the team were incredibly helpful, curteous and knowledgeable. Needed to repair and replace sewer pipe and the connection to the city sewer due to severe root problem. Completed repairs just as promised, on time, no delays and when they left everything looked as if it wasn't even touched. I can't say enough good things about them and wholeheartedly recommend. Steve Faller, and his team are amazing. I had a slap leak, and he sent his team to the house, and they did an amazing job finding the leak and then repairing the leak. Jim, was amazing, as he explained everything that thye were doing and what they were going to do. Not only were they professional, they were efficient in their work, courteous, and knowledgeable. Was referred to this company by one of my customers at my job and they did not disappoint. Herbert was our guy that came to fix our leaky faucet and he was very professional and friendly and told us everything he was doing and the cause of the problem and even showed us what the issue was. I have own rental property for long time. I have used many service trough all this time but I can count on my hand fingers how many has done a good, honesty job. When our water heater went out, they came quickly, removed the old one, installed a new one, and set up a point of contact with a company to come out and assess/dry the water damage to our drywall. Everyone we interacted with eas friendly, professional, and competent. We had a great experience.

I recently had Parker and Sons install a new AC unit. I wasn't really in a hurry but they were able to get a sales agent to my house the next day and installers there 2 days later. There was no pressure to buy their biggest fanciest unit. He listened to what I was looking for since I had several specific check boxes for the unit. In the end he presented 4 options and recommended the lowest priced one but I had brand loyalty towards one of the options and it had a feature the others didn't.The installers were great as well. They showed up right on time in company attire and both introduced themselves (I'm horrible with names and forgot to write them down.) After showing them the thermostat, return and circuit breaker they got right to work. While taking down the old unit they found that the previous contractor didn't do a proper job installing it and had used undersized supply and return ducts (12" instead of 16") and hadn't cut a large enough hole in the roof for them to fit through either so even the undersized ducts were pinched off. They replaced the ducting and fixed the roof for proper flow at no extra charge. The new unit looks great up there is super quiet and is so much more comfortable and efficient than I could have imagined.I will definitely be calling Parker and Sons back to do my annual maintenance and probably for any other home repair or upgrade that I can't handle myself.

Franz did a great job repiping our laundry to create a butlers pantry. They showed up on time and were able to do the work the same day which was very appreciated. Franz was polite, friendly and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely use them again.

Opiian One is not only a great plumbing company They also do great work with A/C Matter of fact Derick is a graet HVAC Tech, He found a problem with a brand new a/c unit and seen for him self the resident was the one who tampered with it. if you need a great A/C guy he is your guy . Please try Optian One they are the best! !!!!!

Gerry came out today and unclogged 2 drains. He was professional and took the time to educate me on the issues. The rate charged was quite competitive. I will definately use Rooter Hero for another job I need in a couple weeks. Two thumbs up.?
