Had an emergency with my outdoor sprinklers! Called Diamondback around 10:00 pm. Was told that a tech would be calling me back immediately! 2 hours later, still NO CALL BACK! I called Diamondback plumbing back, they apologized and stated that the the tech would contact me immediately!! One hour later, still NO CALL BACK!!Went with another company that arrived at 2 AM cause of the NO RESPONSE from Diamondback. I did recieve a call back from them at 7am to see if I still needed their services!!!They replied that they DO NOT WORK ON SPRINKLERS!! Why the HELL didnt the folks answering my call say that!! C'mon your company screwed up! Just say your sorry and maybe this is why I'M NOT ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Called them during Christmas holidays to clear a backed up sink drain. They were there is 25 minutes. Have recently used them to replace bathroom fixtures and a hot water heater. Professional, knowledgeable, GREAT customer service and reasonable pricing.

joe at 2 good plumbers & his asst. re-piped my entire house for one- third the price of the other plumbers I contacted. They did a great job & finished exactly when they said they would. I saved over $6000 on the job. He was licensed & insured. what a savings!!!! I would recommend them any time.

We used wyman to replace our water heater in a pinch. They did it the same day and with amazing professionalism. I was so pleased that I called them back to replace our main shut off valve as well. Will definately be using them again.

Update from previous rating: well it only took 4 different people to come to the house to figure out what had to happen to stop my floor from trying to erupt! Today 10/26, more than a month later, a supervisor finally came out to check on the issue, it was a quick fix, and certainly not worth all the aggrevation, but they did finally stand behind their word to make things right. This was my original post: I have been waiting for more than a week to find out why a manufactured home does not fit their standards for some of their services. It was good enough for them to install a 10,000 dollar unit, but my floor now rises because they tell me that it was installed wrong five years ago, even though it NEVER happened in that time. I also found out after the fact that my 10 year warranty does not cover labor, which is also an option I was never presented. I am hoping they come up with a solution, or I may need to pursue other options.

Anthony's plumbing has been amazing with handling every issue I've had. I have an older home so you can imagine I've had to call quite a bit. Eric has been our dedicated plumber and he's been amazing. Eric has always been very honest as to what truly needs to be replaced or what can just be repaired.
