We had a whole-home plumbing inspection done. The technicians, Cisco and Derek were on-time and professional. The water heater was drained, flushed and refilled. Also replaced the Anode Rod in the water heater which was deteriorated. All of the plumbing and faucets were inspected and confirmed in good working condition. Cisco went over everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Great experience with Cisco and Derek.

Justin K was our service tech for our annual heating tune up before the winter season begins. We were very pleased with his attention to detail and through inspection of our 3 units. The mini split was not as cool as usual and he easily troubleshooted the source and fixed that for us during the service call. We were very pleased with this Parker & Sons service call.

I called Champion Plumbing for a second opinion after I got a $12,000 quote from another unethical plumbing company. while I still needed a significant repair it is a fraction of the cost of the other company and a lot less destruction of my personal property.
