Tom Nicolaus the electrician was great! Main breaker failed which required SRP to pull the meter and was going to take up to 2 hours. Tom waited to get the job done the same day! Service like this is rare!

Mark was on time and courteous. I have a landscaping valve that I thought was leaking by with the system turned off. I was hoping this would fix my soggy backyard issue by replacing it. But that wasn't the case. Mark was kind enough to educate me on the landscaping system and tell me this valve is fine. He looked at my solenoid manual shutoff valve and turn that off. Paid the 89.00 service fee & sent Mark on his way. Here's to hoping this fixes the issue temporarily until I can find a good reliable landscape repair company.

Very professional and very informative. I called on Monday and they came out on Tuesday for an estimate. Wednesday they were out installing. It was a bit pricey but it was totally worth it. We have a brand new ac with cool air and ready for the summer.

Very pleased with professionalism of Kris and the great job repairing water line leak. This was a difficult job physically with all the trenching with a shovel. However, Kris completed it and we now have water after two days. I will use Parker & Sons again.

I found American Home water and air on Yelp. So glad I decided to go with their services!!! They came for our annual ac maintenance and Joe was very professional, prompt, efficient, courteous and safe (wore mask and socially distanced). They did a through inspection of my 2 ac units and gave me a fair and reasonable assessment on the parts I needed to replace- including showing me pictures of any and all items that were working below capacity. I found them to be very honest and their quotes fairly priced. I would highly recommend!!!!

Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!

I called them 10 times. No one respond to my call. And thier voicemail box is also full. I don't know how they are running thier business.
