I had 3 plumbers out to address my non functioning Delta faucets. None had a clue what to do. Lou with Pink came out and had the faucets (4 of them) all working again in under an hour. This group is awesome.

I don't leave reviews too often, but this guy was so quick, friendly, and professional, I had to do the service to call out Jerry from Moon Valley Plumbing. Thanks for being so awesome!

Another great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Our technician Daniel Awwad was so helpful, kind, and considerate. We had an issue with being unable to locate a sewer clean out line and he was willing to work with us on the cost, and he went above and beyond by reaching out to someone he thought might have some extra intel regarding our situation.We are planning on requesting him again specifically in the future for our plumbing needs.Thanks Daniel, we appreciated everything today!

We are really impressed with the professionalism of all the people at Parker and Sons. They did their best to make their services fit into our budget and we very happy with the results. Chris did multiple "bundles" to see what would work, and had great communication regarding what to get for faucets and toilets. He was prompt and thorough with the installations. So glad to have new toilets so fast!! We have been really happy with Parker and Sons for years and this just reiterated why. :)

$484 to replace four 1/4 angle stop valves on two sinks (hot and cold). For those of you who do not know a valve like that costs around $11 at home depot. I was in a pinch and they were first to get to the property so I let them do the work but the pricing is ludicrous!



On top of this I had a leak in one of the bathrooms where one was installed after the fact. They did come out and remedy it.



Customer service was excellent as far as friendliness, knowledge, and expedience. But that said the valves installed were not made by Rolex or Bentley so definitely shop around.

Jared arrived at my home on August 5th to respond to a service call regarding a leak in my front yard. He arrived on time and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He was knowledgeable, and gave my husband and I options for our situation. Since the job required digging on the property, Jared explained that he would not be able to start work that day because Blue Stake is required to come out and mark the utilities prior to job start. My husband and I agreed that work would start on Monday, August 8th at 8:00 am, provided Blue Stake had marked the property. Jared left and ELM Services arrived shortly thereafter to mark the property’s utilities.



Jared and his Apprentice arrived at exactly 8:00 am on Monday, August 8th and got right to work. They worked very well together and were able to resolve the issue with the main water line leak. Again, Jared and his Apprentice conducted themselves in a very professional manner the entire day. My husband and I checked on them several times throughout the day, as it was very hot and humid. We were very pleased with the work and with the care and consideration that Jared and his Apprentice took in restoring our property back to its original state.



On August 17th, Jared visited our home once again to conduct a whole home inspection. Again, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough inspection of our home and was able to provide information and resolutions for our particular needs in a clear and concise manner.



Jared Wo is a very well-rounded, articulate, professional, knowledgeable young man and should be recognized as such. Deer Valley Plumbing is very fortunate to have a person of his caliber on the team and I would like to ensure that he, as well as his Apprentice, receive this recognition.

I not only use Option One for my home plumbing, but also for my property management company. They are reliable and affordable. Devin is my go to guy.

Anthony was my tech and he was prompt, clean, and professional. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Anthony came to repair a running toilet, which was cracked and not set correctly. He was amazing! Professional, polite he explained everything and even installed a low pressure valve outside which I didn’t fully appreciate until this morning. My bath water didn’t get cold half way through. ? I’m so pleased with the service I received. Jessica made it super easy to schedule! Prompt, reasonably priced and just good people.
