I called late in the morning on Christmas Eve, expecting to be gouged with holiday charges, but to my surprise, they didn’t charge me a trip fee at all and sent a lovely girl, Alayna, who provided us with outstanding service and fixed the problem quickly. Unlike the last company that came out for the same issue a year ago and charged us $450!!!!!!! we were charged just $150 for the same repair and it was done right! It is refreshing to use a company that is honest and fair. I will always use them (Alayna) in the future!

I was very happy that on very short notice, The Aussie Plumber company came through for us.Troy Greenwood arrived and owner James Hill arrived shortly after. Troy performed the task very much to our satisfaction. Afterwards, we spoke about a water heater replacement and after measuring the tight quarters, Troy determined we could install a 40 gallon to replace the 30 gallon we have now for about the same cost. We had a clogged sink, I called Rooter Ranger at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. Within an hour, Cody came to repair it. He was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and explained everything. He took care of the problem, cleaned up his area and made sure everything was working like it should be before he left. We highly recommend him and this company!
