We ended up turning off the water to our house and waiting until 6:30 am to give Robin’s Plumbing a call. Steve was very understanding and sent out Cody to help us within the hour! We also had guests staying so it was really important to have the water working again. Our kitchen sink had been backing up for the past couple of weeks, draining slowly but not fast enough. Called one plumber out from a different company who tried clearing the drain and air vent to no prevail.

2 Good Plumbers gave me a great deal to replace my water heater. There were able to come out first thing on a Monday morning. Joe's guy showed up on time, explained to me what needed to be done, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I have a smaller water heater because I have a condo and it's under a counter which makes replacing it more difficult. This wasn't a problem though. I plan on using 2 Good Plumbers again.

Corri came out on a Sunday to give an estimate on installing a bathroom faucet. He was on time, very professional and polite. He worked with us on a fair price. We let him install the faucet for us and could not have been happier. We would definitely use Corri again should any plumbing issues arise. Thank you Corri for a job well done!

Excellent service at the right price! I called Simba Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and was scheduled for service the next day. They were on time, very professional and completed the job perfectly. I figured this to be a $200 - $300 repair job and their estimate was $300; very fair and I couldn't be happier.

Before deciding on Simba Plumbing, I called multiple plumbers to get an idea of pricing. Here's a list of plumbers that provided very poor service with pricing that was completely out of line.

W.F. Hahn Plumbing - This company installed my tankless water heater in early 2020. The service, then, was very satisfactory. Naturally, they were my first call for this service but my messages to them were avoided or replied to in a very untimely manner. I didn't even get a price from them because their communication, or lack thereof, was horrible. Although I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2020, I will not be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.

Phoenix Plumbing and Drain - Called them the same day I called Simba Plumbing and they said they would email me a quote. I followed up later that day and they said the quote would most likely come the following day (Friday). It never came.

Allover Plumbing - Quote was $850; way overpriced!

AZ Rooter - Quote was $500; overpriced.

Dealing with trade services can be frustrating. It's disappointing to realize how their prices vary so much and how horrible their communication is. It's definitely worth making a handful of calls to get the best service at the best price. I highly recommend Simba Plumbing. They were great!

The tech installed a new R/O unit that was matched to our kitchen and 2 bathroom sink faucets replacing 2 that were done poorly. He took all the time needed to do it right and make sure we were happy. I’ll continue to use this company and refer people to them.

Our electrician, Tim, was great. He was professional and kind and took the time to review everything with us in detail so we understood the electrical issues we were facing and why we needed to get it fixed. He was careful with our things and made sure to review all our options with us. We would love to have him back if we have additional electrical needs.
