Best Drain Repair in Phoenix AZ

I've used Maloney on several plumbing service calls. On the most recent, Jason (the tech) was excellent. He spent a good portion of his Saturday dealing with our water heater and he did it with professionalism and a smile. He cleaned up everything nicely and left us with a great-looking new water heater. Would be nice if we had more guys like Jason doing service calls for all the other businesses we've called on over the years. I love their contact system via text where it keep me updated all the time about their timeline, arrival, etc. Anyway, I'll definitely continue using Maloney when we need them.

In the chaos of my water heater blowing up, I called Pink Plumbing to set up an appointment. Days before the appointment, Brandon from Pink called me. By that point, there was extensive water damage. He was prepared to pick up a new water heater and jet over. I explained that my contractor turned up the standard heat setting and it began leaking rusted water. Brandon explained why this happened and the entire process as he exchanged heaters. I was immediately impressed with Brandon’s knowledge and his expertise. I knew I was in competent hands as Brandon is a licensed, bonded master plumber - contrary to my contractor. He calmed my frazzled nerves and handled this fiasco professionally. Brandon was awesome from the beginning to the completion of my emergency. In addition, he provided a reconstruction company to repair the wall damage. I would highly recommend Pink Plumbing because you will be treated with respect, courtesy and a level of professionalism not known to me before in this business.

Thank you for accomodating any and every little thing to ensure there was no confusion or miscommunication on my end. You even went above and beyond by caring about the "what ifs" no one else would think about and you moved your work truck after I left and parked around the corner, just in case I arrived back home with my second vehicle, before you were finished, and needed that street parking spot in front of my house.



You are the real deal. The old-school, raised-right, respectful tradesman that knows his work and scope and gets the job done efficiently and with little to no additional impact outside of the originating issue. You are that rare tradesman who also knows how to communicate and carry himself and truly makes the customer the most comfortable as humanly possible when managing an uncomfortable situation in their home, even when they are not there. I watched my cameras a couple times because I was getting security notifications all day due to all the comings and goings, and even when no one was watching (or so you thought), you carried yourself the same as if I'd been there over your shoulder. That's the definition of integrity.



You are obviously a really good plumber, Anthony, but most importantly you're an even more amazing human. It's an honor to cross paths with you again and I wish you nothing but the best.

What a scam this guy was, said he needed to be paid in cash and would give a discount if I did. My husband was not able to get home to deal with this and this liying Joe guy took me for the ride of my life. Got hundreds out of me and we had to fix the leak anyways. I tried to call 2 bad plumbers back a few times and he would not own up to his work. Said he never serviced my home. I wish I had read these reviews before I used his service. What a CON MAN SCAMMER!

Love how fast they were able to come and help me with my water pressure issue. Terrence is amazing! I purchased my home and was unable to use my tub all along (2 years) multiple people came to check it and never found a solution. The two workers, Pat and Caleb were great! They were both very professional, helpful and completed good quality work. I would ask for them specifically if I ever need assistance again. I had a partially cut electric wire to an outlet and they suggested a junction box to help accommodate the install. I have complete confidence in their workmanship, as we all know how dangerous electrical issues can be.

Man I’d give 6 stars if I could. Where to begin! At first their quote was a little steep understandably as my leak fix was tricky. I was between them and someone else but their office staff called me worked out a deal I couldn’t refuse. Fernando took his time and was as professional and accurate as they come. He even let me watch the process and answered any questions I had. They are lucky to have Fernando, I’ll definitely be coming back because of him when I have another plumbing problem!
