Simon told me Alex would be at my house at noon, and the bell rang exactly at noon. They went above and beyond expectations fixing my shower diverter and giving me some great advice on good showerheads. It's good to know that Simon's Plumbing is there for me 24/7! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Andrew at Champion is amazing. We were having an emergency and he was there so quickly. When he arrived he was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Not to mention, it was thanksgiving Saturday! He was great, ask for him!

I have used Pruitt's a few times now. I am fairly new but will never use another company for my plumbing needs. They are up front and honest with everything they do. No surprises!!! Very nice technicians always. All work is done completely and in a timely manner. I am a Pruitt's customer for life, and would refer them to anyone.

The Owner, Christian was on site during both days of work. The crew were clean, friendly, sociable and helpful. They took time to explain the process whenever I asked questions. They put down protection over our wood floor while working inside the house. Even though they were coming back the next day to finish they picked up all their equipment and cleaned up the debris from the day. You would not know they had been here.

They made sure everything was working with their product. They even did a load of wash to make sure before they left. Obviously I am very pleased with Peerless.

He gets two stars because he did show up and it was after hours. He advertises his hours are from 7 to 7, but claims 5pm on Saturday is after hours. He wanted 975. to do what another plumber did 30 minutes later for 375. I understand making money and getting paid to work, but I do not understand gouging people in a hardship situation.

I was so happy with this company. Communication was the best I ever experienced. ETA's were kept, they were prompt, polite and professional. Everything was explained. I feel confident that I made the right decision in calling Rooter Ranger for my backed up plumbing and look forward to having a chronic problem taken care of once and for all.
