Best Drain Issues in Phoenix AZ

Gabe responded quickly to my request to have a 240V outlet installed in my garage for charging my electric car. He was a very personable guy and was more than happy to offer advice and suggestions to my project to improve upon it. He was very fast, professional and accommodating. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else in the future.

UPDATE: love this company and their technicians. Our AC died after 15 strong years. I called Penguin about 3:30 pm, Jordan answered very nice guy let him know the air was out. He let me know he would have someone out to me that afternoon. Nathan came back out to our home around 7pm. He had been servicing our home for the last 2 years and was still there (I love that) he let me know what we had been expecting was finally here and it was time to replace the unit. He worked up a very competitive cost and set us up to have the new unit installed Saturday. Saturday morning came around and they guys were here at 9 and done by 2 pm. They were fast, personable and just overall fantastic. I will continue to use Penguin and we still have their service plan!Original from 8/2020Called in at 5 am on Sunday morning after our AC went out over night. I got the answering service and Brenda was so patient and helpful, they had a dispatcher call me in less than 30 minutes I believe her name was Laura. She was upfront and honest about the wait time and service fee. She told me she would have someone out today but it would be after 9 and the technician would call me 30 min before arrival. I got the call from Nathan at 9 letting me know he would be here in 30 minutes! I didn’t expect anyone out so fast especially on a Sunday. Nathan came out and was so personable! He diagnosed the issue with the AC, the best part was he had the parts on his truck to make the repair right then and there! He had come out, diagnosed and fixed the repair in around an hour. He walked us through everything he was doing explained in great detail the repair and what we should be watching for he also gave us tips for us to do our own monthly light service. We also signed up for the Penguin Air service plan to have it serviced regularly! I am so happy with Penguin I will always use them and ask for Nathan!
