We appreciated the technician's professionalism and expertise, and we felt confident that the repairs were done correctly. If we ever need a plumber in the future, we will definitely be calling Austin.

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

From scheduling which was quick and painless, to all of my questions which were numerous, I always felt listened to and taken care of. On the day of, Jerry showed up on time and was the ultimate professional, not only answering all my questions (trust me people, I had a lot of them) but also helped us with some plans we have moving forward with the system. We appreciated everything they did for us and had a great experience.

Our Kitchen sink backed up, my husband called another company at 8AM and never got a call back. He call Rooter Ranger and was told that they would have someone out at 3PM. Danny came out and gave me options in a very polite professional manor. Danny also suggested that we have a camera check done of the pipe to possibly get to the root of the problem. Turns out we had a larger problem with the washing machine drain line. Long story short, Danny and Louis started to re-route the line on Sunday and by Monday afternoon had the complete job done and completely cleaned up. Both gentlemen are respectful, honest, extremely hard working and a great pleasure to deal with. We will absolutely use them again!!!
