Had Roots in the main line by toilet. Diamondback sent the tech Levi out within an 1½ hours of my call and it was Saturday so pretty darn fast. Levi immediately diagnosed the problem, cleared the line and explained how we can prevent it from happening again. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Diamondback Plumbing. I'd like to thank Moon Valley Plumbing for their help today with a clogged kitchen sink. I called in the morning, was told it would be tomorrow and I could get on the cancellation listing for today if something popped up. It popped up and they were here this afternoon to help. Alex arrived and we discussed the issues and some previous repairs/cleaning we had done last year. He made several suggestions and we went with his best assessment and plan to clear the drain. We agreed on a price, and the work was done quickly and cleanly. Alex offered a few other "preventative maintenance" items to help prevent future problems. Thanks Alex for the quick work of a stubborn problem.

We’ve used Accent Plumbing several times now, and they never disappoint. We normally have had Steve come out, who is awesome, but today Travis helped us out and did a fantastic job. Our shower needed a cartridge replaced, and when our DIY attempts proved disastrous, Travis fit us in to his schedule and was in and out in good time, especially considering what a nightmare our hardware is. He was nice, prompt, and professional, kept the space clean, explained what was happening, and resolved the issue perfectly. The price was better than we expected, too. We’re always pleased with the service Accent Plumbing gives us, and we’re grateful for the great job Travis did getting our shower fixed and working again!

Called them Sunday morning @ 7:30. Kitchen sink drain was clogged solid. Arrived 11:30 had to snake the line twice to break through. Charged was as quoted (very reasonable!!) Would definitely recommend them.

They scammed us and at least 50 other families this past year alone. They brag about it!!!! . They’re getting sued by multiple people. Idk how this company is still open. Wow.
