They do not know how to use a phone. I called multiple times and Steve never called me back. When I finally did get a quote I tried to call again to expand the scope of the renovation project and give them more work and once again never received a call back. I would definitely not recommend them.

This is the second time that we have used 2 Good Plumbers LLC.
We have been very happy with their service.
We had them change the bathtub faucet from 3 handles to one handle. The bathtub wall is porcelain tile
and we were afraid that we would have to redo the tile -- but the plumbers assured us that
no tile work would be necessary and there really was no tile work necessary.
They are polite and clean and fair priced and they show up when they say they will.
The best part about their service is that both times that we have used their plumbing service, they did an excellent job!

I believe integrity speaks multitudes and look no further, a company is only as good as it's leader. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They are affordable and get the job done with proficiency.

Simba plumbing did an awesome job relocating my bathroom shower valve and diverter with handled unit, they moved the shower drain over and moved the tub lines into the wall and fixed an angle stop. Very professional, on time and courteous. Will hire them again for other jobs that I have down the road. Thank you.

Franz is a seasoned veteran and knows what he's doing. It was a difficult repair in that the pinhole pipe leak was nearly in the cement slab. He chisled out just enough slab to make the repair without jackhammering the entire floor. Well done!

I can’t recommend Peerless Plumbing enough. They are responsive and provide quality assurance/work. They lined our pipes a year ago and I heard some gurgling sounds in the kitchen area. I called Lindsay and they came out the very next workday and inspected. Thankfully nothing was going on other than the usual build up. I trust Peerless Plumbing wholeheartedly. Do yourself a favor and call them for your plumbing needs!

Laszlos was able to come out to our house less than 24 hours after we called with a leaking pipe at our main water shutoff. Very reasonably priced considering it was an urgent repair. The work done looks great, very happy with the service. Will definitely use them again and recommend them!

I own an apartment complex In downtown Phoenix. Hero home services are my go to guys! I have used their services over a half dozen times.



I have had different plumbers from Hero and they've all done a great job. One plumber who I've had numerous times is named John and he's fabulous.



Their prices are great! Their Service is great!



The two low star ratings on Yelp are from people that needed extensive plumbing repairs. Come on people....Don't shoot the messenger! I hate a big plumbing bill just the same as the next guy. (do you give a bad rating to your mechanic when you have to pay a lot to replace your transmission?). These guys charge appropriately for their time.



Also please note: They don't fix drywall, wood, etc. they are plumbers after all! You need to hire separate contractors to repair any damage done by plumbing problems, or any reconstruction needed due to accessing pipes. This is just standard practice! Anyone who thinks otherwise is just ignorant.

We had Alexander's Plumbing replace a garbage disposal. A plumber arrived a few days after calling and before starting the work, I asked how much it would cost. He didn't know but could find out. After calling his office, he was waiting for a return call that never came so I told him to go ahead with the work. Upon completion, he pointed out that the existing RO system would no longer fit in the cabinet as he replaced the 1/2 HP disposal with a wider 3/4 HP unit. This turns out to be my problem as the work is done and he has to get going. He left after spending about an hour and I still did no know the cost and now had to cut into a side wall of the cabinet and located the RO tank into an open space outside of the cabinet. This took several hours and permanently created a hole in the side wall. My problem. Then the invoice came and it was for 525.00. I found this excessive as I could buy the same disposal at Home Depot for 142.00, meaning the plumber could buy it for less. This computes to a labor charge of around 400.00/hour. Wow! And I had to spend hours fixing the problem he created. I then called the Owner who finally agreed to drop the total to 500.00. Now the plumber was 375.00/hour - still outrageous in my estimation. On the plus side, both the plumber and owner were nice guys and the installation itself was fine.

David was a wonderful person to work with. He was able to come out same day as I called and he came on time! He did exactly what I asked without pressuring me. He explained everything to me so I can be a more observant home owner. Lastly, I also appreciate Patty being so nice over the phone this morning. It’s the little interactions that I appreciate the most. Thank you A.P.E.S.
