I hired Beebe's on 3/7/16 to remove a bee hive from under a shipping container. When I arrived on 3/14/16 with the transporter to move the shipping container the bees were still very active. I called Beebe's immediately and was told they would call me right back once they talked to a tech. 1 hour late no return call. I called back and got the same response that they would talk to a tech and get right back to me....I am still waiting for that return call as well. I ended up calling another company. They responded within the hour and did the job correctly the first time allowing the transporter to move the container. Beebe's ultimately cost me 3 hours of waiting and, $100 extra for the transporters extra time and $150 for the treatment by the second company.

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

Had the pleasure of dealing with this company for a recent termite treatment at my home. Each aspect of the process - the initial phone call, the initial inspection visit, the treatment visit and the follow-up - was very professional and delivered as promised. Wally was a pleasure to deal with during the initial inspection and Josh performed the treatment with respect for my home and was very informative throughout the treatment. I hope I do not need their services for several more years, but have the confidence that I will be treated professionally and with respect should any challenges arise.

I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I TRIED to use this business. They were on BBB with A+ rating and very friendly when I called. Made an appt for between 7-9am. I let them know I had to leave to catch a flight by 10:30. They confirmed twice. No call, no show at 10:20am I call the main number and after telling them to please not show up because I need to leave (very politely even though very frustrated) - the guy hung up on me. Very disappointed to be steered wrong by BBB

I have hsed this company for over a year at my company. Caleb is very good at his job and ensures he inspects everything to the best of his ability. I have recommended him to family and friends.

Aldo was very responsive and called me literally moments after I clicked for more information. When he set an appointment he showed up on time and respectful of the property. I appreciate that he was constantly giving us information about what he did and did not find and provided solutions for the issue he did find. I would definitely use Arizona's Exterminator Co. again. Vintage is the best. We have been using them since we moved to Arizona and initially we had a scorpion problem but since having vintage, we have seen none. They are diligent, responsive and considerate. Meghan in the front office is so helpful and Trent and Kyle take care of our house really well. I’m so thankful to them.

I noticed a few dead bees in our house daily for a few days and found a honeycomb on our roof. I called our current pest control company and they said they could take care of it. Cost would be $175. The bees went away for a month then came back. They came out again to take care of it again but one month later I came home one night and found more dead bees than I had ever seen in the house.

Fed up with my current pest control people, I called the beekeeper at 9pm. Expecting to get a voicemail, instead they answered the phone and said they would have someone there at 8 am the next day. They came as promised, explained that they needed to expose part of the outside wall to remove the honey comb which was a few feet long and had probably been there almost 8 months. The bees had made a hole that gave them direct access to our house - that is why we were seeing so many. They killed the bees and removed the honeycomb, The next day, their repair person came to fix the hole and did a wonderful job. I have not seen a single dead bee since. It cost almost $1000, but it was worth it to get the job done correctly as the bees had caused damage to the house. I was so impressed by the quick and thorough response and solution to the problem. I wished I had called the Beekeeper first. Thanks Beekeeper!

We used them before. They were okay but more expensive than the competition. Tried to use twice after and they have never responded. Wouldn't even waste my time.

I just started using Sprague and wow what a difference! They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings.
