I’ve used this service twice and am very satisfied with the results. The ladies that have come over are friendly, efficient, and professional. Also super fast. It would take me all day to do what they do in a couple hours. I love it and am very grateful to them. My apartment is 2 stories but that doesn’t cost more or slow them down. It’s such a great privilege to have this kind of help at a very affordable price.

I scheduled them for an apartment move out this week, 3/18/21. The crew did an excellent job. Absolutely everything was cleaned perfectly from the kitchen to the patio storage. The carpet was also cleaned. They all arrived on time, were fast, professional, efficient and friendly. In the past w other cleaners there was always something missed or “off” about the work done but not w this company. It was so appreciated, with the stress of moving, to have this done right. I have been working with SPECIAL OPS for three years and had excellent cleaning services every two weeks with a great team leader. Three weeks ago I had my windows cleaned after having done so with Tim the owner before we moved in three years ago. The work was very disappointing. I have 65 windows on one level. One group of windows in a front corner were not cleaned and a screen left on the ground. Also my blind valance in Master bedroom was not put back on securely and fell and the ends broke off. Tim would not come back to inspect or repair even though I sent photos. I will continue housecleaning services every two weeks because the leader is excellent. But I will it continue with the windows carpet cleaning ir tile cleaning as I did and had planned to do because I feel that as a long time tehikar customer there was no empathy or spongy made for the oversights and damage. The window cleaning this time compared to the first was mediocre at best.

When they arrived to clean our office, that's when we realized we needed to hire them for other services around the house. We had stains that had been there for almost years, but they were able to remove them because of their stellar reputation. They worked late to make sure everything was perfect. The service was excellent; we have no complaints

We have attempted to reach this company all week to cancel service and no one will return our emails or phone calls. The quality of service was adequate for what they quoted us for a weekly cleaning. However, over time, they level of service degraded to an unacceptable level. After 6 attempts with their company, the Regional Director finally communicated with us that he will cancel service and have our key returned.

Peak Cleaning has been a tremendous help for our vacation rental business. The entire staff is responsive, professional, and will always work with the client to assure all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Patryk as well as the other members of the staff have been phenomenal to work with so far and our guests have had great things to say about the cleanliness and overall presentation of the home.
