Even though Diamondback Plumbing seemed to be a large company, I was a bit hesitant to call them because of their mediocre Yelp reviews. But after talking to Steve, their technical advisor that can quote pricing over the phone.The plumber assigned to my project came to my house on time, examined everything he was going to do in a detailed manner even for a small job like removing and installing a toilet. Justin Payne was very personable and got the job done quickly.

So you use a service to help you in the time of need. Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter Service in Phoenix was 5 star all the way. From my first interaction with Greg in Dispatch, to my interactions with my service tech, Dan Hubbard. Everything was explained and detailed in a genuine manner. Work was performed in a timely manner, cleaned up put back better than they found it.

Before I called these guys this is what I did…as I helped make thing worse. Kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine all backed up (big mess) I went to home depot, rented a snake, had the gloves on, and went to work thinking I was saving money! No it didn’t go well, tried use the sake under the sink, I was being cautious and took all of the aggressive tool attachments off the snake so I would not mess things up. A no go. I then went to the clean out side of the house and began working it thru the black sewer plumbing of the house, it got really tough to hold on to. I hung in there and then it got easier. I had freed up the clog, NO, I had pushed the simple snake thru the pipe, cracked it at the foundation in the wall and broken thru and made a hole in the dry wall, clog not fixed, under sink plumbing cut off and gray sewage water everywhere..

The reviews are true if you do the research. They are the right plumber! Old school customer service, at fair price. Dan and I even spoke by cell phone afterwards and he made some suggestions about preventative enzymes to use and what not to use.

They fixed my leaky pipe from my water main line. I was supposed to have someone else fix it Wednesday but they never showed up. Gave the other person another day to be nice. Friday came I was fed up so I called deer valley plumbing. I spoke with Gloria and she was very nice. She had a cancellation so she booked me into the days jobs. Two hours later, David their technician shows up and does his thing. The price was reasonable for the job he did. No more leaky pipes! Thank you for your help!

They were on time and fixed what they could and advised me on what the other issues are!! I will definitely call them again.

Alan did a great job installing our freestanding tub that weighed almost 350 pounds.

The message you included was: I received service the day after I called. Couldn’t be happier about it since I had 2 different leaks in my walls. I couldn’t be there so my sister and brother-in-law met the tech (James). Turned out they knew him thru their granddaughter(my great niece) which made it pleasant for their need to help. My conversations with James on the phone insured me I had a very knowledgeable and personable person fixings the problem. It’s been a great experience so far. Additional work is still required but I’m confident friendly, trustworthy and professional service will continue.

They were great, saved us a ton of money on flushing our sewer line and not having to replace some of the pipes.

Barrett was awesome! I called and requested him specifically to fix our main water supply, because he’d done such a great job for us on a previous project. And I will definitely be calling APES, and requesting Barrett specifically, next time we have Plumbing needs!

I had an exceptional experience with this company. Ramiro, Byanka and Kevin were all very respectful of my home. They were personable, friendly and very professional. They re-piped all the hot water lines in my attic and repaired drywall. I was told this could be up to a 3 day job but they got it done in 1 day. After the re-pipe and the drywall repair it looks just as it did the day we bought the home. You would never even know there was an issue. The texturing was perfect. I can't thank them enough. It was a very stressful road to travel with all the prior issues we had (not due to anything this company did) so sending the right people for this project was key to me. Ramiro, Byanka and Kevin I can't thank you enough! I would highly recommend them!

By far the best company for install as well as service. Can't say enough good. They were here early on a heavy service day. My kudos to the owners!

My wife and I bought a house recently, and when our washing machine backed up - it was a wake up call that cast iron pipes from the 60's don't last forever.

Brandon and Ben worked together to get our kitchen/laundry line scoped and descaled - working like new in 48 hours. We liked them so much, we called them back for the much larger project of installing an resin liner in our bathroom sewer line (which had a slowly growing crack).

Ben analyzed the situation, explained the process, wrote out a quote, and when the day came - executed it exactly as he said. Ben and Mark were professional and courteous, fixed the issue promptly, and the yard was left even better than it was when they arrived.

I will be recommending Zippity Split to all my family and friends.

This was a great experience. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Our AC went out at bedtime, I called early in the morning, and within a few hours, we were cool again! Jimmy was a great tech and we will definitely call Penguin with any future needs

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

Water heaters Only is the best water heater option, I could find, product and price wise. They offer a 10 year warranty on a Rheem hot water heater. The new hot water heater fits in the former space of our old water heater which is key as the space is restricted. The installer, Christian was very professional and efficient in the removal of the old hot water heater and installation of the new one. I recommend them to anyone who needs a new hot water heater.

Horrible, HORRIBLE people! Do not use!!
