Simply put, this is a good company to do business with. You get what is promised, when it is promised. We saw a mud tube in our house and called Bill's after finding them on Yelp.Note: Check out how several Elite Yelpers give them glowing reviews (always check how many reviews have been written by that user before granting too much credibility to a review).The woman who came out for a termite inspection and estimate actually called me 45 minutes ahead of time to let me know she may be a few minutes late. She arrived as promised and we received a written estimate and explanation of what would be done, what types of treatment would be used and what would be required from us (move some stuff in the garage, etc.). I felt the price was fair (not at all painful as I had feared). The day of the job, the crew arrived on time and worked as unobtrusively as possible. It's been a few weeks and we haven't seen any more evidence of termites but they do warranty their work, so I am not concerned. And speaking of warranties, no worries about them closing up and opening anew under a different name, voiding the warranty. This is a local company that's been here for years under the same name (I verified this on the Secretary of State website). If you want a company that will value your time and does excellent work at a fair price, Bill's is for you. I would recommend Bill's services to anyone.

Nick was able to work with our schedule and educated us on what was going on in our home! Five stars isn’t enough! As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.
