Charged us $388 for a $20 part that took 25 mins to fix. Tech could not quote us why so much that is just their price. could not give us a break down of the billing or what we were paying for. Caught us in an emergency and we felt like their pricing took advantage of that. Will never call them back again.Update. After the owner read my review they decided to blackmail me. Telling me to take down my bad review or they would not complete the repair. The repair we agreed on at their overpriced fee. told them we would write a bad review over pricing. The tech then left not fixing anything. The owner of the company never called me to discuss. Tech was not throw out of the house, i never declined any service. I had agreed to pay the price.Also, the techs name on the shirt was Brandon. Do you even know what techs go to what jobs? Did we have the right tech

Cannot recommend this company and crew enough, Highest recommendations. You will not find better septic tank service. I am recommending this company to everyone I know. You will NOT be disappointed or taken advantage of in any way.

These guys are great. Great communication. Great service. Great price (Heck, I am not even sure it was great price, my experience was so positive I didn't even shop their price.) We had Lou in for an estimate. That same day he took care of a couple of things (replaced out door hose faucet), then had him back in a few days to replace the hot water heater, add a recirculating pump and fix the water pressure to a bath tub. All done perfectly with great explanations. Highly recommended.

It was the day before we left on vacation and all of a sudden our lines backed up and started coming up through the bathtubs and sinks. I was in a panic, but Diamondback was able to come out in just a few short hours. The two men that came out were very nice and extremely efficient. The issue was resolved in no time and the price was exactly what was quoted to me over the phone. Expectations were totally exceeded. Steve (owner) came to the house at 7:00 AM to provide the quote so I didn't lose a half day of work as I did with the quote from another company. Jim and Rocky did a neat, clean retrofit install (75 gal tank water heater to tankless) and the last thing they did was clean up the limited debris from the install. They were very personable and professional and I felt very comfortable going back to work after they started (they had complete access to the house). As an added bonus, they got along well with my Akita (big dog) becoming her two new best friends. Accent Plumbing's quote was the lowest of four and was very fairly priced. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We had two tankless water heater and a water soften system by Don Osbum and we are very pleased. Don is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Custom Plumbing needs to pay this man more money.

He did a good repair but suggested we replace water heater. We asked for details and he could only show options on his ipad. We asked that the options be emailed and they never were sent to us.

The crew that came to my home was very professional and answered all my questions about what they were doing, and I had alot to ask. Long time later I had a problem with my toilet , which by the way had nothing to do with the work that was done. I called Lindsey and she came out and took care of the problem for no charge. Pacman plumbing came out in the middle of the night when I needed service in the middle of the summer heat to resolve my plumbing problem. He was really informative, was able to fix and explain problem. The price was amazing. Really great customer service and would recommend Pacman plumbing to anyone

Walt came out immediately on a miserable, rainy night to assist my elderly mother with a sewer back up into her home. He identified and addressed the issue and was kind to her. He worked with her insurance carrier to explain the details of what he found and was instrumental in getting her claim covered (you want a knowledgeable plumber when working with insurance carriers these days and even then, insurance companies hate to cover water/sewerage claims). We have had him come back out to her house proactively, to auger all her lines again so this situation never repeats, replace lines to her dishwasher, re-seat or replace toilets, change out valves under sinks, etc. Based on his work for mom, we called him this week to find a leak in our own home, that three prior plumbers had been unable to locate- he did not disappoint. He found and repaired the leak and cleaned up every area in which he worked- a contractor who cleans up after himself is unheard of anymore. Walt is the best plumber with whom I've ever had contact- completely professional, deeply experienced, dogged in diagnosing and addressing the issues, and a good human. Good plumbing is costly but without good diagnosis and repair, there will be more bills, headaches and disruption to one's life later. You want the best plumber you can get and Walt is that plumber!!
