I called with a concern after a high wind And lots of squeaking that my large window glass was loose and going to break. Valleywide came out the very next day and checked it out. They discovered the cause of the squeaking. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. They are one of the few window places I found online that offer repair instead of replacement when appropriate. Well done.

I've called on Best Glass in the past to replace my car windshield, repair small chips and to replace my shower door glass. In this most recent incident, my child it the ball with bat. Ball hit windowpane - CRACK! I drove over to best glass to schedule service around 2:30pm. Their guy was out to my house by 4pm. Broken window glass was replaced in about an hour. I tried other companies - but I have decided these guys are a keeper!

Bad experience reflective of bad business. I contacted you guys to voice my concerns and experienced bad customer service reflective of bad business. You guys hired hard selling hustlers to lie for a sale. You made promise you didn't deliver. You couldn't deliver on time. You kept the customer cash incentives offering me nothing. You made a bad mess on my paint, plastic and all over the driver seat of my car with black silicone. You kept my fast pass sticker for the carwash. And to top it off after offering you the opportunity to explain, you wanted to refer me to warranty to schedule a time for me to wait around again to clean up the mess. This was supposed to be a chip repair after all not a windshield replacement! Why would I want to wait for someone to come look at the mess I sent pictures of? Were you sending a mobile Auto detailer to steam clean the silicone off my seat? Shaking my head at you guys. This shouldn't have done this bad and your solutions to the problem should have been better. You obviously don't care about anything but getting tht insurance money and moving on. I am left in the dust!! DONT BE LEFT IN THE DUST, DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! and that is the review I promised you. Have a great day.

I was referred to StarGlassPhoenix by my insurance company and I am so glad that they did instead of searching around on my own. Someone from the company (Brian) called me within the hour. The process of getting the windshield in my F150 replaced was seamless start to finish. The technician Darius was professional and the installation was flawless.

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.
