I was awakened in the middle of the night by gushing water and found about 2 of water flowing throughout the majority of my house. I was in a panic and fortunately called Doan Restoration. Ricardo and his crew came quickly and immediately started to remove the water and set up huge fans. Russ followed up for about 7 days until it was completely dry. I was very satisfied with the work of their entire crew - Ricardo and Russ were great!

thanks to Servpro i can finally say i am stress free .Both melissa and gloria provided me with updates and stayed very professional throughout the time they had their workers at my home . Crystal, Cecilia and nina kept a steady pace and were very professional and gentle with all of my belongings they even showed some love to my house cat Thomas. Both Nicole and tony were amazing the way they directed their workers as well as the amazing demolition work that was completed by Ricardo, dylan and chris. Had a water heater failure and called them right away. They did minimal demo, basically baseboards and a little sheetrock, and had everything dry in a couple of days. Seamless and efficient. I really appreciate their response and ability to work with our insurance. I recommend them to anyone with water remediation issues.

Our home inspector discovered a water line leak that had flooded our 6,000 sq ft home. Within 30 minutes of discovery and our call to him, Robert had cleanup people on site. He immediately pulled workers from other jobs and began water cleanup. His crew(s) worked countless hours on a huge job including working over the weekend.
Robert was a godsend. My wife and I were 1,000 miles away and in absolute shock. Robert settled our anxiety on a daily basis while answering our questions and proving us with a steady stream of information and photos. Robert was highly competent and very sympathetic.

We were very pleased with his work product and work ethic.

Our insurance company recommended Jenkins Restoration after our roof leaked causing water damage in our house. David Bittner is the project manager and has been wonderful! The first time our roof leaked it seemed dry before anyone came out but then it leaked again and David came out right away and checked it himself. He also helped me find a great roofer as I was getting nowhere fast trying to find someone myself. He's been just wonderful to work with and all of his recommendations have been amazing people!!

In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable!

Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company.

Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do.

Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys!

Used AM/PM for when our dishwasher hose burst, flooding the kitchen. Was very pleased with their work, fast, efficient, and effective. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing restoration services.

Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! I had a flood in my house because a couple of pipes burst so WMF came out very quickly and they were at my home for about five hours to get everything set up. They were good as it can be when your house floods and they came every day until we are satisfied. They were super nice. Everything was great.
