We had a major water leak at our business and needed same day service. I was pleased when I called and at 11 a.m. and they had a tech out by 2 o'clock. They gave us an accurate quote on repairs needed and kept us informed on the process the entire time. I would use them again if needed.

Quoted a fair price, gave an ETA..., stayed at the price quote, arrived right on time. Easy to work with, great follow up.., what more can you ask for?!

Super reliable at not showing up for appointments. Every time I schedule an appointment for my 1 day off a week way ahead of time, they cancel and tell you to reschedule for a day you have clearly told them you will be working. EVERY TIME like fool me 5 times in a row ill write a review and use someone else

I had a water heater replaced in May 2021. The other night I noticed water under the new heater. I called the next morning, and Jordan was at my home within a couple of hours. I had to leave, but when I returned home I called and they said they had to replace the water heater. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional, efficient, and I there was no high pressure to do anything if not necessary.

We engaged Ben Franklin Plumbing for a toilet repair in the master bedroom. It was rocking and turning and we were concerned about safety. As it was later in the day on a Sunday, they said they'd have to send someone out next day. Haim arrived and assessed the situation. He performed a flange replacement, installed a new wax seal, and finished with a solid shimming and caulking. We are very pleased with the result and look forward to doing business with Ben Franklin Plumbing again in the future.Update: 4/7/2021We had Ben Franklin Plumbing out again for a sewer line inspection and to help us locate the sewer clean-outs in our front yard. Daniel was extremely professional and explained the inspection process to us in detail. After the inspection, he made a recommendation that we do a Hydrojet cleaning of the sewer line to eliminate any buildup. We will have Ben Franklin Plumbing out again in the near future to complete the recommended work. I highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

This team is incredible! Dorothy called the city of Phoenix code department to make sure they were correctly telling me the proper way to have an old 1955 home fixed. This call and their professional approach saved us over $400 from multiple other quotes. PURE HONESTY!

Unfortunately for me this is my third time this year needing a plumber. However, all 3 times I have used Aussie. Franz and his apprentice have provide this service. Franz has always gone above and beyond. You do not see this anymore with most companies. Their price is not outrageous ...may not be the cheapest but I prefer reliability, honesty, integrity and a company that is proud to serve their community. My hope is that I won't need them again for another year or so...but hey you never know. It that is the case I will call Aussie

We had an issue with tenants that were complaining that water was backing up into the shower consistently, we called Option 1 and they were there that day, had all of the tech to diagnose the issue and had the problem fixed that same day. They were professional, fast and reasonable with the price. They’re plugged in the phone as the only plumber I’d call!
