We hired Anthony's Plumbing to completely remove and replace our old 1940s cast iron sewer lines under our concrete slab. Lupe was here every morning on time and was very communicative on what work was being done. They scheduled city inspections to make sure everything was done correctly and to code as well. We really appreciate how quickly everything was replaced and will be using Anthony's Plumbing in the future if anything else arises.

We had what we thought was a clogged drain. I called Hero Homes Services as they were highly recommended on our Historic Coronado Nextdoor Neighborhood site. They had a quick response time and worked to diagnosis the problem. The problem, our 71-year-old cast iron pipes had deteriorated beyond repair and instead had to be replaced. I believe the price we paid was fair, considering the amount of work that had to be done.

My wife and I found the plumbers/technicians to honest, considerate, and personable. They were at our house for two weeks and during that time we got to know them a bit. We had conversations and joked with them, but don't get me wrong, as they are hard-working men and women. I cannot speak highly enough of them!

Both my wife and I like to know how things work and they let us peer over the work they were doing. They listened to us about what we wanted and offered their input. After doing extra touches of finishing and cleaning up they left our home on a Friday night after finishing up at 7pm. We felt like we made new friends. All the crew from, Maritza, Carrie, Marlon, Chris, to Johnathan, Alex, and Alex Jr. Now that they are gone, we kinda miss them.

I had had occasion to use Belsito Plumbing for several small jobs in the past and had been thoroughly satisfied with both their pricing and their workmanship on these occasions so, when it came time to switch over an older Phoenix residential property from a septic tank to the city sewer system, I naturally invited them, along with several other well-regarded local plumbing companies, to bid on this bigger, more complex job. I am glad that I did: not only was their total bid (including all work, materials, permits and inspection fees) lower than those of their competitors, but they were also able -- by bringing in extra workers and equipment when bad weather threatened to interfere with the project -- to finish the job in two and a half, rather than four and half days. In a nutshell: I am well-pleased with Belsito Plumbing, and would not hesitate to call on them in the future for any of my plumbing needs, either big or small.

Very impressed with this company!! Being new to the area, I wasn't sure who to call for repair work. A friend recommended this company and I'm so glad they did. They are available 24/7 and I didn't have to wait several days for a service call which is important when a water leak is involved. The first time Marco was my service tech. He was very pleasant, honest, and worked in a timely manner. I was also impressed by the fact that he didn't try to sell me a new water heater even though mine was older. After checking it out, he said it was still working fine. He fixed the water leak under my kitchen sink quickly and was on his way. The second time I had another water leak issue, Marco and Brent were the techs. They were polite, friendly, and explained the problem in detail as well as answering all my questions. A big plus was the fact that they had the part on their truck and I didn't have to wait several days. This company was competitively priced and didn't gouge me for working on a Sunday. I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! If I could give this company zero stars I would!! Set an appointment to have a 2nd septic tank done as our old one was getting filled. Was told they would show up on a certain date.... never showed! Never called! WE had to call them and ask what was going on! They claimed they were too busy with other jobs and would show up eventually. Okay that's great? Very professional. Sorry we are too busy don't know when we'll be there! Nice. Anyway, they show up a couple days later and appear to be getting the job done quickly. Took 2 days to do. 2nd day on the job and the last day they were at our property was last Saturday. We had paid extra to have them haul away all the extra dirt that would be dug up to make this other septic. Well, they leave and the place looks like a landfill with HILLS of dirt and TONS of HUGE rock that we NEVER had in our yard before. The place is absolutely trashed. Tire marks everywhere, dirt strewn about and in mounds. NOT TO MENTION they pushed the excess dirt they apparently didn't want to haul away under our bushes in our front yard. Sneaky. We call and try to get them to make this right ESPECIALLY because we paid extra to have this excess dirt taken care of. They say they will send the GM out to look at the yard. GM came by without notice or any interaction with us, called back and said it looks fine - it will even out. People, this is at least 2-4 inches of solid dirt and excessive amounts of rock piled up in our yard!!!! My husband has backed over it a couple times with his truck since he parks there and IT IS NOT EVENED OUT. I FEEL LIKE WE ARE GOING OFF ROADING EVERY TIME WE PULL OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY! (I am not even being dramatic). The company claims they will NOT fix this issue. We have tried to contact multiple times. They tell us that in the contract it states that the yard will not look the same after work is done so they get away with this! Talk about HORRENDOUS customer service. Not only have they lost our business but I will be sure to let EVERYONE I know to avoid Cooper's. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! I say time because guess who is now raking, shoveling and hauling excess dirt off the property????? I'll give you a hint, it sure as hell is not COOPER'S! Just terrible.

Our septic tank needed to be emptied as it had been many many years since it was last done. It had been so long, that we didn't even know we had a septic tank. Besides emptying the tank, they had 2 guys and a tractor here for about 2 hours. They had to remove a lot of dirt just to get down to the tank lid. The total repair costs less money than what most plumbers charge for doing half as much work. Even though there was more work, they came in below the original estimate. They cleaned up the entire place when they were finished and I would highly recommend them.

The underground waste plumbing in our townhouse was falling apart. I guess it was older ceramic pipes. In any case, we obtained estimates for repair/replacement from several companies. The typical company, tears up the floor to get at the pipes in order to replace them. I went on-line and found an alternative to tearing up the floors called Ne Flow. They came out and took a video like the others. Their process involves lining the old system with a bladder then filling up the area with a epoxy that forms a pipe when it sets. I called some other companies in Tuscon that did similar technique and they said it worked well. The price was similar to the other companies but we did not have to tear up and replace the floor covering which can be very expensive! We had them do the process and they sent a final video showing the result. it looks great and we don't have any more waste issues. The company was excellent in customer service and when they found the did not have to do a clean out of some pipes, we received a credit on the price! They did not have to even tell us about that as we had no idea what they were talking about. All I can say, is they were very honest and reputable. I would highly recommend Nu flow!

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

Called to have a clogged drain repaired , waited for 20 hrs for them to show , missed work to wait for them , and when they showed there equipment was broke and once I fix his broken machine he still couldnt do the job , so I had another company come out and they got the clogged pipe fixed in 15 minutes. I will never use this company again , and no I did not pay for rooterrangers service told them to leave with there broke equipment, I lost money missing work waiting for them to show up!!!

We have had a very good experience working with Priority Pumping.
