This is an updated review almost a year after my service was completed. The company expresses that they may have been able to help me further, had I expressed my concerns sooner. They have since offered a reimbursement of a very small amount compared to the final bill and a 1 year VIP service package, which is something because they didn't really have to at all. This was my first service call to any form of repair company at my first house so I had no idea that things weren't going the way they were supposed to and I still feel I was charged a pretty obscene amount but there was a miscommunication between the tech and I, leading to to the repairs happening before I knew what I was going to be paying. I cannot say if I was charged an industry standard since I have no other personal experience in these matters as of yet. My advice to anyone reading this is to always get a second opinion and call and talk to a supervisor if things don't feel right before getting to the point of no return, like I did with a high dollar repair. For now my review is to remain middle of the road as it seems we have another trial year or so to do business together before upgrading to cautiously optimistic.

We've had Aaron from Proskill help us on 2 separate occasions and both were fantastic. Plumbing is one of the few areas I don't want to DIY and the price charged is fair. Very impressed with the fact they wore boot covers in the house as they are the ONLY company I've seen do this since moving to Phoenix 3 years ago. Aaron showed up on time, quoted the services accurately/completely and did thorough/timely work.Update: Offered a free inspection of all house plumbing. With as many surprises as this place has thrown at us, I jumped at the chance. Gabriel was fantastic, just like everyone we've had from ProSkill. House got a clean bill of plumbing health and I'll sleep a little better tonight knowing that. The next time we need something done, no doubt their getting the call.2nd Update:Eric came out to inspect and maintain our furnace ahead of the winter. Arrived on time and did a great job with the old equipment we have (20+ years). Showed and explained some potential issues and helped set up a time for us to speak with someone in regards to potential updates. Still provided an estimate for repairs on existing equipment so we can compare options. Just another overall great experience with ProSkill.3rd Update:We had a mini-emergency with our main sewer pipe backing up. Unfortunately ProSkill was so popular they couldn't make it out for a week but pointed us in the direction of a few companies that could help. The company we went with made a recommendation of a costly service in addition to the fix. Decided to pump the brakes and get ProSkill out for their opinion. Aaron again came out and gave me some more information which showed we would need to be proactive in the future but not right now. I love that I can always count on ProSkill to give me an honest assessment.4th Update:We had a small leak from a exterior spigot that was leaking in our wall. Thankfully Proskill was able to come out quickly and Sam was incredible. He identified the problem and worked quickly to resolve it. Since some stucco needed to be removed he was also able to refer me to someone who could come out and help. Another impressive service from this company.

Valleywide needed to enter my property to repair a drain line in a condo on another floor of a high-rise. It was a complicated issue, and in the end Valleywide did a fantastic job, I even had the owner come out and speak with me and apologize. Very professional.

We had a main line back up and they came out immediately and fixed the problem with friendly professionalism.
