Today was my second phenomenal experience with Diamondback plumbing. About 6 weeks ago my sister in law was having difficulty with her kitchen sink and bathtub drains. A good friend recommended these folks so I called I wish I could remember the ladies name but she was extremely helpful, pleasant set the appointment contacted me a prior to the service man arrival.Levi came out (you would think he had 60 years experience but I doubt he’s over 40) and inspected, located the problem, Levi used his camera to scope the lines showed me where the problem was, after jetting the whole house and snaking the lines he couldn’t Jet, using the camera again showing us all clear we added a couple of other small plumbing concerns which Levi corrected. Very clean very neat never know he was there and the price was HALF of what quotes over the phone were.Yesterday was my second time that I had a family member in need of plumbing repairs. I called made the appointment with them today, once again super easy and friendly no hassle dealingsMy daughter and Son in law are in the middle of a major remodel to their kitchen. During the removal of the old cabinets for new ones they found a leak in the drain, the house was built in the late 60s when they used cast and galvanized pipe the galvanized pipe is what had corroded through and had a pin hole. This is a true level home drain pipes inside the block wall.Levi came out again and was a hero. He had to remove and replace not only the galvanized pipe but also the Fitting in the main line this pipe attached to all with new ABS plastic.I didn’t bother calling and price checking these folks as they are straightforward, honest and all around dependable and extremely reasonable on their pricesI have found my plumbing company

What a bunch of CROOKS!!!! Free Estimate is also highly inaccurate. They came out to fix a leaking leaking bathroom sinks. I turned the water off awhile ago because it was dripping. The guy came out and didn't even turn the sinks on to see why it was leaking. He just said I needed to replace these???! Then asked if I was interested in a water softener. He quoted me $3300.00 to replace 4 bathroom faucets. Then charged me $79.00 to come out and try to upsell me. What a great business plan to send a sales person out to try and sell you then charge the customer for that. Go to lowes for this. I can buy 4 new faucets and have them install it for less than what they wanted to charge for one faucet.

You do not need to fear whether or not you are getting the best deal, or whether or not the plumbing service is right for you (or even needed), cause James will only recommend and work on what needs to be fixed/improved. You must reach out to him for all your plumbing needs! You will not be disappointed!

Martin was great. He was patient explaining exactly what needed to be done without pressuring for an immediate response. He provided options and pricing clearly. If I could have rated him with a 10, I would have done so. Will ask foe him again should we need your service in the future!

Simon and Alex were very professional, polite, and skilled. I appreciated their expertise in repairing our hot water leak. They rerouted the line and got us back in hot water! :)

Chris and Brady with Plumber of Phoenix installed a Navien tankless water heater for us, and we love it!

I needed to change the kitchen Facet, and my Home Insurance send Mr. Zolten Laszlos, from Laszlo's Plumbing, to do the work.

This is an older house, and the kitchen faucet had been there for many year, so it was not an easy job, but Mr.Zolten did a fantastic job! After he was done, he cleaned the area where he worked, leaving it cleaner than it was before he started to work.

Mr. Zolten did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. I wish everyone would be as good, reliable, respectful, and knowledgeble as Mr. Zolten.

If you want to have somethig done right, the first time, call Mr. Zolten Laszlos, and you will be extremely pleased with his work!

Aaron was on Time, Very Knowledgeable & Professional. Also, Offered Some Good Options with Plumbing the Older Pipes in the House.

Jim got my issue handled quickly and at a good rate. I have him coming back to do more work for me.

This was a great company. They were incredibly friendly on the phone and I was shocked how quickly they were able to come fix our faucet leak. Clayton was a class act and very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely hire them again for future jobs.

Their driver almost just caused a 4 car accident then he got on the highway and way doing about 100 because he pulled away and was out of sight within seconds. Horrible driver this business should not allow that

We’ve used Charity Plumbing numerous times dealing with old plumbing in our 1950’s home. Weather it was addressing major issues like replacing our sewer lines or a simple leak they’ve always been respectful and responsive to our needs and budget. After many years in sales I hate any attempt at an “up sell”. Lucky for us Charity has never pushed anything on us or recommended needless services and memberships. Just wanted to leave a review and say thank you so much to the guys at Arizona Integrity Plumbing! I had some serious issues with my house, it's an older one ('62), and I needed repiping. They gave me a great quote and the work they did was phenomenal. You'd never even know they were there. They also left my house so clean and the process was much easier than I had anticipated. Just had The Sunny Plumber out to take a look at our water heater. They were very courteous! Victor K. took a look at our water heater, went in the attic to check out some odd plumbing we had. Made a few calls and set everything up right away!
