I don’t even know how to begin writing this review. 2 Good Plumbers LLC saved my day, saved the sale of my house. I was supposed to close escrow tomorrow, but the shower head was leaking. The buyer threatened to cancel the contract if I don’t get it fixed. I called 8 businesses, they were all booked solid and I couldn’t get anyone to come out. At such late hours in the day, my hope to get the show head repaired diminished. Thank goodness for Joe Glassman, he was patiently explaining and trying to troubleshoot the problems over the phone. When I got to the store to buy the part, he spoke to the salesman to make sure I buy the correct part. Then he showed up at my doorstep in a flash. Of course he fixed the leaking shower. Joe, I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for all you’ve done. I wish I could tell everyone how wonderful you are.

3/2/22 Ben Franklin’s rep, did an outstanding job today performing our annual water heater servicing. He was also proactive and checked the status of all of our turn off valves. Mason was pleasant to deal with, very thorough and cared about the work he was performing.Marc Files

Tech showed up the first time and was unable to do any work because due to where the ac units were located, he needed a second person. I had explained the location of our ac units when I called and what they would need and I believe we have seen their trucks in our condo complex so I was a bit disappointed to say the least. Had to rescheduled for a week later. Techs showed up today and told me I need about $1300 of work. And of course new parts are needed so it will be another week. I will trust that that is what is needs to be done but one is never happy they have to spend that much more on 4 year old acs.

The office people are very friendly and great with communications. Our repair tech was Brent. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous as well as going above and beyond. He took the time to explain everything to us so we would understand it. We were even able to get our water heater parts in a little ahead of his daily schedule, which was fantastic! I would highly recommend using Pruitt’s to anyone that has a plumbing problem. If you can request Brent!! You definitely won’t be disappointed you did.

Great company! Easy to reach and responsive. Lindsey was amazing! They cleaned out our old cast iron sewer pipes and lined them with their Nudrain product. The workers were great at communicating what was going on. They were thoughtful and customer service oriented. They worked very hard and did quality work. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

Cole and Craig were great. They completed the repairs promptly, answered my questions and even gave me some great advice. As plumbing appt experiences go, this was a good one.

I can't thank Ron enough, it has taken several trips to figure out why our main toilet would not flush. I got very frustrated and angry, and Ron couldn't have been kinder. You don't see a lot of businesses that stand behind their work like that any more. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Amazing staff, Technicians and response time.

Great service, good price.

We had a leaking drain pipe inside the block wall behind the kitchen sink. The repair involved hammering out the block, cutting the sink drain line, vent pipe, and main drain line and repairing with a new fitting and cleanout. Paul did a great job and was very careful while hammering out the block and cutting the existing pipes.

Trevor did an excellent job in explaining the data related to system checks he performed . He was personable and informative about the overall workings of my AC system. Great job!

He came here to fix our toilet. He also checked out our our appliances and conditions to make sure that we had no other issues. He is trustworthy because he found no other issues. He was very frank and honest. If I ever need a plumber again, he is my man!!!!!
