I am posting this because of past experiences that were not to my satisfaction. I had my hot water heater serviced and afterwards I had no hot water from 2 faucets. When Parker came out, I was left with the bill to replace 2 faucets. Parker installed the hot water heater. While they were out to look at the faucet issue, I asked about an outdoor spicket, I was billed over 200 for a 20 min job. When I had my water softener installed, I was told that the under ground pipe would be at a depth of 18 inches, when I spoke with the installer, he stated that they went down about 10 inches. Multiple times things have not been good.

I had Apache install a warranty replaced instant hot water heater that had parts covered but not labor. Another plumber quoted me $2400 for the labor alone. Obviously I got a second opinion from Apache.They did it for over 8 times less.

Troy was right on time and completed the work in a timely manner. This job was a follow up from a previous visit 6 months earlier, and I appreciate that Troy was sent as he was familiar with what needed to be done.

I called American Discount Plumbing after my water heater went out and flooded my garage. Paul was there within 30 minutes to assess the damage and stop the water. He replaced it the next morning and charged a lower price than many other competitors. He even had to rework my hot and cold water plumbing and repaired that for free. I highly recommend calling them.
