Robins plumbing was great! They were professional and able to get a plumber out right away to unclog my kitchen sink. We did have another plumbing company come out prior to Robin's but the sink clogged back up within a week. I'm happy to report that was not the case after Robin's plumbing came out!

Apointment scheduled easily, service was scheduled for between 2 and 5pm, the crew arrived just after 2. Started and finished and were gone before I knew it.

Unfortunately we cannot give them more stars based on the fact that they were not able to come out for the emergency service, as they advertise they provide, that we requested.We called at 11pm and were told someone would call us within 5 minutes. We waited about 30 minutes. Just to be told they can call us back in the morning to tell us what time they can come out the next morning. We were told they could not give us a time at the moment. So, not 24 hour service?We then recieved a call the next morning stating that they could come by between 1pm-5pm.Why then would you advertise your company as 24 hour service? Emergency or not if the client requests for you to come out asap I would expect a business to accommodate that request.As for customer service, they were nice. I just hope they wouldn't advertise that they come out 24 hour if they are not willing to...............Hi Steve, in response to your offer of a discount. I have not had anyone reach out to us. with that said I appreciate the effort. We found another company that was willing to accommodate us within 30 minutes of calling them. Everything is taken care of and in working order.

Derek was very professional and exhibit a customer first attitude during his time at our home. He took the time to ensure I understood the process and importance of the work he was performing.

We called with a leaking main line going to our sprinkler system. James Wallace was there within 2 hours and fixed the issue professionally. We decided to reroute our main feed line to avoid the roots from a large cactus. We will be using James again next time we need a professional plumber. A job well done!

Addendum- Matt and Cody came by to help with a sewer smell in my bathroom. Found a broken pipe in the wall, and found a way to fix without damaging the wall. Great job!

This is the fourth time we have used Aussie Plumbing and great work as usual. Super friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Today was a quick fix issue, but they installed a tankless water heater for us about a year ago and we are very pleased. Highly recommended!

Ripped off and scammed. Our real estate team arranged for a pre-purchase sewer scope. The tech JR, called us and said he found good flow through the pipe, so we bought the house. The day after we moved in the toilet backed up. We called another company to snake and scope the sewer line again. Our pipe had a complete blockage at only 22 feet from the house. After a $1200 hydro jet service we found that there were numerous root intrusions and that the bottom of the Orangeburg pipe had collapsed and was broken. We called JR, the tech that had done the original scope and asked if he remembered doing the service on our house. He said he thought that he never made it to the house!! No return phone calls from the company after asking for a supervisor or dispatcher to see what notes were included at the time of service. They took our money for the sewer scope service and either never did it at all or only ran the scope less than 20 of the 80 feet of pipe. Either way we got scammed and were stuck with a $17,000 repair bill to replace the entire sewer line. I’m not sure if fraud is the right word but that’s how we feel. Never would have bought the house if the tech had done his job. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. Ever.

Simon came when I called and came on time. It was my water heater that was leaking. He assessed the inside of my bathroom and the outside and fixed what was was needed. And didnt charge me alot at all. He also said he would call a restoration company to assess for any damages that may have occurred. He is so friendly and caring I could not ask for

anyone better than him. Thank you Simon. :) ?

Adam was my technician for a major stoppage issue with a new house. I was nervous because of the reviews but everyone from the reception to the plumber was amazing. The issue was ongoing and Adam fixed it in one visit. This was through home warranty so I cannot comment on pricing. He never asked for a dime and was very thoughtful and thorough and great communication. He let me know i have 30 days to let them know if I have any further issues. Thank you!
