Our water is horrible in Santan Valley that changed today with the installation of our water softener. Our service was done by Tom Mahon his professional etiquette was superior and the work he performed was impeccable. He answered many of our questions I'm very pleased with our decision to use George Brazil for our water investment.

Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

Rapid Rooter Plumbing is a Awesome Company, they came in and remodeled my whole Bathroom and Kitchen plumbing. They also put in a water system, we are very pleased with all of the work they did for for us. When I first called Steve, he was actually on a job and did not answer. When he called me back, I had already set up something with another plumber. When I told him who that other plumber was, Steve did not make me feel uncomfortable by trying to steal the business back. In fact, he said that he knew that other plumber personally and that he was a good, dependable guy. Steve's professionalism really stood out with me and his price & availability was the same as the plumber I hired. I think we will use Discount Rooter next time!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. Not only that, I feel their charge for the work was very reasonable (below what I thought it might be!) and they still even then worked within my budget to get my plumbing issue taken care of. I will definitely call them again and highly recommend them. Trevor did a great job from start to finish! He kept me informed, explained what he was doing and took the extra time to make sure everything was taken care of.

Adrian did an great task with our heating maintenance. Well mannered and prepared, he answered all questions we had and explained in detail that he serviced. Would love to have him support us again in the near future.

I used NuFlow for sewer lining and I can't rave enough about this company. What a first rate, professional company! Communication every step of the way from the office staff to the people on site. Attention to detail and a clean work site daily. Schedules were met. The team worked efficiently and seemed to be always on the same page. Highly recommend.
