The workers that installed my toilet were very nice and friendly to work with. I had the toilet so what I needed was to have it installed for me. I am very unset with the price to do that. It was more than I think is a fair price. Before the discounts it would have cost me $403.99. The materials they supplied was the supply line and valve the rest of the bill was labor to 2 men. They gave me a discount of $50.00 because I had to wait 2 days after the scheduled original date, and a Military discount of $17.70. So the total was $336.29. That may be fair to someone but I must be out of touch with now days pricing and I was a contractor and built custom homes.

Austin was great - explained everything very well, and walked through things if I wanted to DIY regular maintenance.

Great techs & service! On the pricey side, but garbage disposal was installed within hours of my call. Techs were great!

I can't thank Ron enough, it has taken several trips to figure out why our main toilet would not flush. I got very frustrated and angry, and Ron couldn't have been kinder. You don't see a lot of businesses that stand behind their work like that any more. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

They helped me out on such short notice and went above and beyond what was requested. highly recommend!

Paradise Valley Plumbing came out to re-hook up our new cast iron sink, faucet, new garbage disposal and dishwasher. He installed two angle stops and looped our dishwasher hose. Also they installed a new ptrap and drain fittings. He was prompt and did great work. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a fair and efficient plumber. We will be calling them out again when we remodel both of our bathrooms. Thank you very much for the great service.

Paul is awesome. Squeezed me in late on a Friday when my garbage disposal was losing it's mind. He showed-up and there was water all over the floor and sink. He got right to work and within an hour I had a new disposal and he was cleaning up the work area. Charged me a fair price. If I have any other plumbing issues, Paul is goint to be my man.

I had my old cast iron sewer lines cleaned and lined with epoxy. Every crew was professional, respectful and the job was completed a day earlier than was initially expected. Also, only 4-5 hours of not being able to use drains, was very easy and not much disruption in our lives.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Happy service men, great owners , a wonderful great group of employees they have a awesome outfit here. Good quality work for the money an the jobs last long. Very professional company .

I called Zippity to snake a mainline clog. They were great to work with, responded quickly and worked around my schedule. Turns out a snake wouldn't clear our grease clog so the tech explained the problem and what it would take to fix it, he didn't charge me for the service I didn't need. I will 100% turn to them again for my plumbing needs.
