Tree trimming was done correctly and the employees were professional.

I have used DTM for years. Ben is the arborist that I have worked with over the years. He is knowledgeable, professional, and his company always performs. I recently needed a tree removed for major plumbing repairs. As soon as I gave them the green light, they were out here within a day to do the job. Highly recommend this company.

American Tree & landscape Co. is so very professional. I had Moe & his team trim my 30 yr. Tangelo & Lisbon Lemon trees last year and was very happy with how it was done. So this year I asked Moe if he & his team could pick all the tangelos and he even trimmed the part of the tree that hung over the wall of the greenbelt & took fruit off and picked some for me & for friends of mine to take. There was a lot of work for them to do. Moe also is very artistic and literally sculpted my front Texas sage bushes that were very overgrown. Moe loves trees and is very fair with his pricing for what he does. You can also text him a photo and he can give you an estimate estimate. Thank you Moe. Love seeing my beautiful citrus trees! Looking forward to seeing all the flowers that the Texas sage will have this May.

I called them out to take a look at my sprinkler system as well as an ailing lemon tree. One of the owners came out and after glancing over my equipment said it would cost me too much ($1,200 to replace 4 solenoids and a new timer) I told him I wanted to redesign my backyard and decide where I wanted the grass. He offered to send his landscaper out to help me with a design but never did. Based on the service guy who came out I guess they don't think I have enough money because of where I live.

First, second and third inpressions are awesome! Scheduled to be here at 8:00am was here at 7:30, all five guys that was here was curtious, listened and worked extremely hard,safe and fast. We was totally impressed with their work. Took down a fifty foot tree and cleaned up in three hours. Thanks guys you did an amazing job!!!!!! Price was reasonable too!

These guys were great! I called them to come out to remove a few old giant trees for safety reasons. The gentleman was very friendly to deal with, and his team was the most efficient team I had ever seen. Everyone knew what they were doing, and they worked diligently. Very courteous, cautious, and professional. Quick with the trees coming down, wonderful cleanup. I am very satisfied with their work and the price was very reasonable. Only giving 2 stars because the yard looked great the service. The problem I'm having is my wife was initially quoted 550 dollars to remove the weeds in both the front and back yard. I admit there were quite a bit of weeds there but not 550 dollars worth for just plain removal. After speaking with my wife asking her if the price could be lowered she spoke with the landscaper again and the price dropped to 450. It was expensive but I figured reasonable if the yard would stay looking that way for a period of time. Fast forward to a week later, weeds growing rapidly in my yard and when texting the owner I receive a text back saying they don't guarantee weeds to not grow back for a certain period of time but will come back to treat the yard for another 299 dollars. Absolute rip off. Last time I'll ever use this company again. Completely unprofessional with how they made our appointment and communicated.

Juan and crew did an excellent job, at an affordable price. Other companies quoted double, even triple the price. How refreshing to meet a company that offers a great price and service too. Trimming is like a much-needed haircut, one that enhances the tree’s natural shape. Thinning out limbs and cutting back unwieldy branches is beneficial because it improves the tree’s appearance. Trimming is especially important for those trees you planted to boost the appeal of a property. Sooooo happy ?

Arbor Care was very professional and reasonably priced. They came out for the estimate on schedule then cut the tree and cleaned up the area. Next spring they will trim our large trees.

Fabian was amazing. We had another company cancel on us last minute with no offer to reschedule so we were left to hunt for another tree trimmer and so glad we did. Fabian and his crew showed up to our house within the hour! He explained everything thoroughly and they were done quickly, leaving the yard clean from debris. We will definitely use these guys again. Super reasonable prices too!

Had them out to clear the back of the property that was filled with Stag horn Chollas and other native desert scrub, as well as several overgrown palo verdes. Came out on a Saturday to provide an estimate and were able to start the work on my schedule. Spent 2 days clearing out the desert and left it better than I had expected. They were very respectful, wore masks, and kept their distance when needed. Would recommend and will use them again for any landscaping needs.

My wife sent an email to ask for an estimate to get services. She got an email back from Debbie Coffee (yes that was the name of the rep) from AMS that basically said We can't help you. Try someone else. No reason was given as to why they couldn't come out. Terrible customer service and completely rude staff it seems.

The best service tree care

A dangerous driver on the road. This driver not only was incredibly aggressive inside a residential neighborhood with a posted speed of 30 mph, he flat out attempted to run another vehicle off the road. He then continued to drive very aggressive and erratic, following me, and even to the point of driving on the wrong side of the road to attempt to run me off the road to avoid a head on collision. He then blocked me, a single female, in to talk condescendingly as if he had done nothing wrong. Once he realized that everything was being recorded, he tried to quickly dismiss and get out of there. There is something uniquely disturbing about someone, who is apparently the owner, who feels it's perfectly acceptable to drive at another vehicle head on without attempt to stop. I'm glad he showed his true colors, as ironically enough, was looking for a local landscaper but now know to beware of this gentleman and company that's oddly only 4 blocks from my residence.

They showed up and took care of the weeds, bushes, backyard lawn, and our troublesome palm tree, all under three hours, and it looks fantastic! Kept an open dialogue and we're very happy with how it all looks now. Will hire for monthly services.

Called three companies, scheduled all three to come out for the interview and Sergio showed up first and ready to go.

Our front and back yard always look great when they are done. They have repaired multiple leaks quickly and for a good price.
