Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. When I first called Steve, he was actually on a job and did not answer. When he called me back, I had already set up something with another plumber. When I told him who that other plumber was, Steve did not make me feel uncomfortable by trying to steal the business back. In fact, he said that he knew that other plumber personally and that he was a good, dependable guy. Steve's professionalism really stood out with me and his price & availability was the same as the plumber I hired. I think we will use Discount Rooter next time!

Ian did though job. He was running late and got lost so i told him we could wait but he wanted to take care of me although it was late which i appreciated and he appreciated that I had the ladder, light and parts set up for him. Only regret was next day billing I didn't ask if payment was for labor only since i provided the damper. I have pasted the word on the great service.

Just had The Sunny Plumber out to take a look at our water heater. They were very courteous! Victor K. took a look at our water heater, went in the attic to check out some odd plumbing we had. Made a few calls and set everything up right away!
