Best Sewer Replacement in Phoenix AZ

The service man who replaced my 2 year-old broken down Rheem water heater with another of the same brand was excellent. He was clean, on time, kind and patient about finding a replacement tank, which was difficult and time consuming. The only thing I didn't like was the cost of the installation. I believe it was far too expensive.

Autumn took the time to explain what was needed and to suggest our best course of action. She was professional and cleaned up the area once her work was completed.

We had a water leak in our front yard, it ended up being the main water line to the house. Our Warranty Company called Moon Valley Plumbing and Rooter. I don't think I have ever had such a quick response before from anyone related to house issues. We literally got off the phone with the Warranty Company and within a couple of minutes Moon Valley Plumbing calls us and sets up an appointment for the very next morning. Mark and Cole showed up and took care of our problem promptly. Since the job involved some digging through our winter lawn, it could have gotten quite messy, but Mark and Cole took every care and returned the lawn to its original condition. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem fully.

I've always called Option One for all my plumbing needs. They're always reasonably priced and honest. The techicians are always professional and polite. I’ve used Anthony’s plumbing twice in the past month for urgent issues when my regular plumber was away with a family emergency. Both times they were quick to respond, but sent plumbers who left my garage a total mess and were rude and condescending. Both times they charged me a random exorbitant price, and refused to give me a breakdown of what was labor, what was parts, etc. They answer my former plumbers phone number and use my old plumbers’ name, but when questioned, they state they are really Anthony’s plumbing and “filling in” while he is away. The work was done well, but they are shady in their charges and I felt scammed. I won’t use them again.
