Best Sewer Line Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Colin is amazing! Our drain lines were backing up into the bathtubs. Maloney's came out initially but couldn't reach the block as we had no cleanout (at least we didn't know we did, even after 25 years in the house). They didn't charge for the initial call. Called a "rooter" place and they couldn't get it either (did have to pay for the service call to them). Called Maloney that evening to schedule a cleanout install ASAP. Colin was back first thing in the morning. After some digging, he discovered I did have a cleanout but it was almost 2 feet underground. Found the block, cleared the line and extended the cleanout. Great service and very responsive.

Communication was top notch! Christina went above and beyond with scheduling me quickly and with calling me before and after the appointment to make sure I was in the loop as I was out of town when our emergency happened— our college aged son was home etc. Christina had double duty of calling him to clarify his class schedule and keeping me up to date. She was gracious and kind.The technician, Nate, was thorough and had the issue fixed promptly. He communicated with our son during the appointment and educated him as well (He had attempted to fix the issue on his own) Our son paid at the house with a cc and I was immediately sent a detailed invoice to my email. The entire process was one of the smoothest and most professional service experiences we’ve had in a very long time.Keep up the good work Robbins Plumbing. We hope to not be in plumbing crisis again but if needed in the future I can’t imagine calling anyone else!

Our technician Egson was a delight. He was upbeat and smiling the entire time. He identified our issue in the home and gave us reasonable options to make the repair. I will request him in the future.

I had installed a level 2 EV charger at my home and I needed someone to come and make sure it was working okay. The guy that came was super nice. He told me I needed to change the breaker in the breaker box from a 50amp to a 40amp but everything else looked okay. I made the change and ever since then I’ve had nothing but problems with my charger. The plug itself started overheating, the holder that the wiring and the plug was put into in the wall melted and started burning, the charger when it was plugged into the plug melted the plastic off and now the charger is basically unusable. I reached out to our builders electrician and he told me I shouldn’t have changed anything and I should go back to the original setup. Now I have to buy a new charger which is $700 and buy all new parts for the wall outlet.

From my call in for service to completion for a main line back up was just under 1 hour. Fabulous response and customer service from the call representative and the technician.

They were able to help me quickly get a toilet ordered and installed and were responsive and professional throughout the process. Additionally, they were able to help find an unrelated leak in my irrigation system and let me know the best way to resolve it. They explain things very clearly, which is good for someone not very familiar with plumbing issues.
