My garbage disposal stopped working Sunday, and Parker and Sons sent out a tech the next day. Extremely fast service. Darrell is an absolute top tier tech. He is extremely personable, friendly, and really knows his stuff. He got my assume solved in a quick amount of time, while also answering my questions about life span of the products and even helping to get me schedule on a water softener I need replaced (who is also coming out today - talk about quick service!).I will absolutely be using Parker and Sons again the future. This is an updated review almost a year after my service was completed. The company expresses that they may have been able to help me further, had I expressed my concerns sooner. They have since offered a reimbursement of a very small amount compared to the final bill and a 1 year VIP service package, which is something because they didn't really have to at all. This was my first service call to any form of repair company at my first house so I had no idea that things weren't going the way they were supposed to and I still feel I was charged a pretty obscene amount but there was a miscommunication between the tech and I, leading to to the repairs happening before I knew what I was going to be paying. I cannot say if I was charged an industry standard since I have no other personal experience in these matters as of yet. My advice to anyone reading this is to always get a second opinion and call and talk to a supervisor if things don't feel right before getting to the point of no return, like I did with a high dollar repair. For now my review is to remain middle of the road as it seems we have another trial year or so to do business together before upgrading to cautiously optimistic.

I highly discourage you guys from using this company as I had very bad experience with them. I called them to come out due to a plumbing issue, was told to put a credit card on file and it would be an hourly of $99 I did put the credit card on file and I called them the second day to be scheduled that didn’t happen until 4 days had passed. A technician came out and start to feed camera and then told me the he had to wait for his boss to come out since he didn’t know. After everything was done and they didn’t provided me with information I was looking for. An hour had passed come to find out I was going to be charged $400.00 for the service. The were also going to email me an estimate but the never did.

We had Scott perform a sewer scope after a different company tried to tell us we needed $7000-$12000 of repairs for faults in the sewer line. Scott quickly diagnosed that there was a minor deflection of part of the line, but he explained that it was not causing issues and was pretty normal in the area observed - and it needed no repairs. It was clear that Scott (and 911 Plumbing) are looking out for the customer. I will be using 911 Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future, that's for sure.
