Deer Valley impressed me right away with their knowledge and professionalism. When they came in at 1/2 the price of other estimates, I was amazed - and happy. They did the work in under the time expected, and did a thorough job in cleaning up afterwards. They replaced a leaking valve, which required getting into pipes behind shower surround to replace/solder. They minimized the hole needed, found a pretty faucet backing plate to cover new, slightly larger hole, and it looks and works great.

The complete worst experience ever dealing with this company. Do not use their services. They are very rude and condescending!

Attention Hero Services owner. You have an unbelievable service man out in the field that NEEDS A PROMOTION!!! We are seniors on fixed income and Manny went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty for us!!! We own a mobile home and had a clogged toilet. My husband asked the park manager if the clog is the sewer line, is it our responsibility or theirs? She replied the water is theirs but the sewer line is our responsibilty. My husband knew this should be wrong. So we called Hero Home Services. We are first time customers. Manny found that the problem was definitely not with our home and said it had to be in the line in the neighbors yards. Manny took it upon himself to go talk to the park manager. He was gone just long enough that we could tell she was trying to give Manny the run around too. BUT because Manny is such an expert and so professional and obviously stood his ground because of his great knowledge and concern for his customer, the park manager finally told Manny she would send park maintenance. We could not believe what Manny was able to accomplish with the manager. Park maintenance came to our home quickly. WOW what did Manny tell her? Just joking on that!!! Park maintenance quickly found Manny nailed it!!! It IS the parks responsibility. They cut a hole in our sewer drain by our home and taped it over to get us going quickly and yes they have to come back next week and replace pipes in our neighbors yards. Anyone out there that does not have a plumber, CALL MANNY. He is polite, respectful, patient, has expert extensive knowledge and took time with us before he left asking us if we had any questions and explained everything to us as he worked. Not only does Manny have extensive knowledge, he has worked on homes in several mobile home parks and has had experiences with mobile home park managers and knows how they can be and how they operate and obviously by what he was able to accomplish for us, he knows exactly how to handle them. On the company business card on the back, it says Your Hero and Manny's name. Oh yes indeed, Manny is definitely our hero for his care for us and what he was able to accomplish for us. Five stars doesn't cut it. How about a trillion and more. Better yet, how about a promotion for our HERO MANNY!!!!!!! Thank you so much Manny for all you did for us and caring for us. Our home warranty Co let us know that A.P.E.S. Would be contacting us to fix our dryer! They called promptly and set up the Appt. Destry came out fixed it in no time. We had a couple questions regarding our AC and he provided some helpful info that has worked! Will definitely keep A.P.E.S in mind for future work! Thank you!

Since moving to the area over 17 years ago, we utilized this firm exclusively. They seem to go above and beyond to help with our problems that arise. When they simply cannot assist because of a scheduling issue, they refer us to and arrange for a trusted professional to assist so we are not left hanging. Great service and attention to detail.

PVP installed a new water heater 26 months ago for $450, plus $50 additional for a warranty (Standard warranty install, includes pull water heater without recirc, install new warranty heater, labor misc materials including new supplies and ball valve and warranty return and paperwork, does not include upgrade fee or warranty fees charged by supply houses. Does not include replacing supplies pan, gas piping etc.). Today I discovered that the water heater was leaking. PVP sent a serviceman who informed me that although the water heater was covered by a warranty, it would cost me $475 labor to have it replaced. I consider that a breach of warranty. Buyer beware dealing with PVP. PVP does not evince the honesty and integrity that I one would expect.

I can't say enough good things about the gentleman who came out to help us!! He was friendly and curtious!. He came out to initially take care of a leaky shower that was driving us crazy and ended up fixing a sink we didnt even know was leaking! I will recommend charity plumbing to everyone I can possibly find! Thank you!

Home Serve Warranty sent Johnco out to check broken sewer under my house. Because I cleaned the line so Johnco could see the problem, Johnco refused to check/scope the line, told Home Serve there was no back-up problem, I was denied insurance claim. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

Had my AC go out in my new build house and unfortunately this was the vendor they chose to warranty the AC and Plumbing. This company tried to say that if I had another certified technician complete the repair needed, they would void the remaining 4 years of warranty on my home. THIS IS ILLEGAL. There are laws in place and companies CAN NOT tell you this or void your warranty for this. I am beyond annoyed at this company after they told us they would take 8 days to fix our unit and wouldn't allow us to use another company. I wish I knew back then what they were doing was illegal. My wife, 2 cats and dog and myself all had to suffer in the July heat because this company illegally said I wasn't allowed to have another company repair if I wanted to keep my warranty.I ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING FOR REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. This company is very SHADY. They have no morals and do not care for their clients. They would prefer we suffer to make an extra few bucks.
