Our master bathroom and adjacent shower stall started to back up. I called and that afternoon both the owner and his son arrived to solve the issue. They even went into the sewer area in the street and successfully unclogged the back up. Really folks, these guys are the real deal. They have also successfully solved a slab leak in our home and recovered a diamond earring dropped down the bathroom sink by my wife. Always courteous and prompt in their explanations and of course, the most reasonable rates you will find in the Valley. Make them your first choice and you will not regret the initial service and will become a repeat customer for life. If I could give 8 stars, I would.

Great experience tonight with Custom Plumbing of Arizona. Nash came out late to fix a stopped drain. He was here fast very professional and fixed the problem for a great price. I'll definitely use this company again.

Darrell Yazzie did an amazing job on my HVAC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough to make sure the job was done correctly. He was able to explain clearly what needed to be done and was happy to answer any questions I had, and I had a few.It was a breath of fresh air since my last two experiences with the HVAC technicians weren't as positive. They were very inexperienced and one actually told me I needed a new fan on a unit that was fairly new. Anyway, I didn't leave a negative review because I'm not that person. However I am very happy to leave this positive one.I was actually hesitant to use them to do the repairs, but Darrell Yazzie restored my faith in the HVAC sector of Parker and Sons.I have used Parker and Sons in other capacities and have always been happy with the work, service, and professionalism, which is also why I use, and am part of the family plan I think it's called, for $11.00 a month. Franz did a GREAT JOB!! On time, took his boots off. He was quick and Efficient. Doubled checked to make sure kitchen was not leaking after working on the shower. I will call them again!!

I called for my hot water not working. I told them any parts were covered from the manufacturer, and I had an authorization # for parts if needed. I was told $65 to come out. They guy came out and I told him to check the gfi first, which I couldn't get to. He did, and that's what it was. It started right up. He said he just wanted to check a couple of more things. 20 minutes later he says he's done and charges me $150.00!! For what, I ask? Well, there was nothing to fix, so it switches to an hourly fee with a $150.00 minimum. I called their office to question this whole thing, and was told sorry if you weren't told that on the phone!! Complete dishonesty and gouging!!

Linsey and Christian came out and helped me solve my sewer/drain problem. I was referred to them by a plumbing camera company; I was told that they knew their stuff, were affordable, reliable and straightforward.



I found them to be all of those things and when I had scheduling challenges, they continued to work with me until we could get everything taken care.



I appreciate people who enjoy their work and are REAL people just trying to do a good job!!! I would recommend them for any plumbing or sewer work and although I hope I don’t NEED them again? I would definitely call them again!!!

i would not recommend this company to anyone since they are not honest people to work with. They double dipped by collecting the fees from the Home Warranty Company and charging our tenant the what they called uncovered parts fees on top of the regular service call fee. Our manager at that time was a little naive and paid for that extra amount without permission from the owner first. When we contacted the Home Warranty Company to clarify the extra amount, we were told the claim was approved for repair without additional charge. We were advised to contact the Laszlo's Plumbing for a reason why and we did but nobody responds back to our message. This just indicates Laszlo's Plumbing is just a cheater who's not responsible for the action they did. So my advice is DO NOT use this company or you will get ripped off.

I live in a rental and the home owner has A.P.E.S come out for a water leak from the AC unit. Adam showed up on time, was consciously social distancing and got right to work. He found the issue, made the repair and took the time to talks to me a about what happened. I have been in industrial maintenance for over 30 years and I know what these guys go through. To have such a great customer service experience at 6 PM or anytime is a great thing.

I contacted the company to let them know about Adam's work. At 7 PM I received an e-mail form Ralph Flores, the president of the company, thanking me for contacting them. Leadership, customer service and quality workmanship start at the top of an organization. These people understand that and live by it.

Showed up on time, knowledgeable, quick and got my toilet fixed correctly. Jim was great , I would recommend for a good, affordable plumber.

MISTING SYSTEM INSTALL AND MAINTENANCE. KYLE IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SYSTEMS; TROUBLE SHOOTS QUICKLY AND EASILY AND INSTALL WAS DONE BEAUTIFULLY ON A 14,000 SQUARE FOOT HOME. PERFECT.

Water heater ruptured Saturday evening.
I purchased a new one and Robert came out first thing Sunday morning to replace for me. Hauled away old one. We could see where water damaged water heater pedestal, but Robert recommended I have surrounding house structure checked. I looked inside a closet and laundryroom moving items and found damage I would not have noticed. I asked advice he said Homeowners Insurance should cover. Only upon my request for contractor recommendation did he give me a name. The contractor came out in an hour and drying out affected areas immediately before starting repairs. Highly happy with Rober's service and his military discount!!!
