I highly recommend Maloney Plumbing. They were quick to schedule my repair and were extremely professional about following COVID safety protocol. Omar Carillo arrived on time, communicated my options and costs for my kitchen faucet and angle stop replacements. He was super fast, detail minded, neat and kind. I will definitely contact Maloney Plumbing for my future plumbing needs . I’m glad to have found a small, locally owned company.

Recommend 10/10! I contacted them on the weekend for my parents and they scheduled me accordingly to my availability. Lou and Adam were amazing. They came with their own shoe covers and a positive attitude. Lou assessed the issue immediately and was able to give us a quote. They cleared up the misinformation I was given by other companies and said they could start the job that day. Both were very attentive and kindly answered the millions of questions I had. My dad is super picky and old-school when it comes to his ways. He was on the phone the entire time and had me double-check everything. But Lou and Adam were so cooperative when it could have been annoying (which I dearly appreciate). They labeled everything clearly and made sure it was cleaned up. My dad was even happy! We also love the company's mission and background. I now know who to call for any plumbing issues and will recommend to others.

First off I would like to say this is one of those companies to where if I could give them more than a five-star rating I would Alex I think is the name of the guy that I worked with I've dealt with this company before I wanted to leave this review a while ago but I just got busy I cannot say enough good things about this company and the way they work they are absolutely awesome I had an issue with my sewer line under warranty part of the line collapse when they replaced it they found a problem with the city line instead of passing off the buck they got a hold of the city got somebody out there on a holiday which is amazing and took care of everything and I literally had to do nothing because they were on top of things the way they were if you need a good plumber this is the company you go to hands down

I appreciated the quick response, the thorough investigation, and the follow up help. Our issue turned out to not be a plumbing issue, but Accent was helpful and great to work with through the process. Travis came out and took his time to investigate the issue. How to begin. My uncle had just passed (who was a father to me) and there was a lot of issues through out his home and coming from California to deal with his estate I had no idea on a good plumber. Please don't forget how emotional my uncle's death was to me and my mental state. So I found 2 Good Plumbers and contacted Joe. I couldn't believe that he answered on my first call and was so understanding and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Since I am not a plumber I spoke in a foreign language, but that didn't stop Joe from knowing exactly what needed to be done. I can't begin to thank him and his company for their kindness and excellent work. I felt when it was done it was done. The cost was the best and he doesn't take you for a ride. If your elderly please use him, he won't take you because your old and a great victim as so many other company do. Joe thank you for everything, I will and have referred you to my family and close friends as the best plumber Phoenix can offer.

Stefan installed a tankless unit for us when he worked for another company. He was the BEST aspect of dealing with that company. Just called Simba (Stefan's own Company) to come out and troubleshoot an issue for us with the tankless. He came the same day and did not charge us a fee for doing so. We loved working with him, and feel confidant that he knows what he is doing and is very professional.

The crew did the work with minimal mess and even cleaned up when they were finished. I had to have old pipes replaced, which involved cutting into the walls.
