Eddy was on time, professional, efficient and awesome to work with. I called Robin Plumbing on a Monday and a human answered the phone (YAY.). She scheduled an appointment for me and explained everything in detail. Eddy arrived on THURSDAY.....AND FINISHED THE JOB. My chihuahua does not like anyone except me and she ended up in the front yard with Eddy just hanging out with him! I called this company a couple times to schedule somebody to come out and give me an estimate on doing service. I needed to have all my plumbing replaced and I was pulling everything for them. Three months goes by and I never received my estimate, quote, or a phone call. The very first time they messed up the appointment and the second time they show up the guy doesn’t do any measurements, he just walks around the house looks at all my stuff and then tells me he’s gonna give me l an estimate by the Weeknd. I call up to find out what’s going on and they say oh it looks like he still working on it. Also the reviews that they are doing our employee and other driven reviews that are not quality reviews be cautious

We cannot say enough good things about Alex. Very rarely these days do you find gems like Alex Crocker. He’s honest, knowledgeable, has integrity, and is a highly skilled professional. We were having issues with a home inspection report and Alex came out and was able to quickly resolve the disputes by dropping a camera down the sewer line and provided us with a thorough inspection. Turned out we had a damaged sewer line, under our patio area, caused by tree roots. We schedule the pipe replacement to be done the following week. Alex and his co-worker showed up on time, completed the work as planned, and on schedule, and also provided us with an excellent referral for the concrete repair.

Joe was able to stop by our Carvana office in Arcadia and assess an issue with one of our men's urinals as well as a small leak in our women's bathroom. The next day he and his coworker fixed the problem! Joe was really great to work with and suggested against spending more money looking further into the issue. I recently used Wyman to install two hot water heaters at two of my rental houses in Anthem, one was an emergency and one was a precaution. Stefan did a great job of coming up with a solution for fixing our broken pipe behind the shower. When the job was done, he physically showed me his repairs and answered all of my questions.

July, 2022 - Parker & Sons responded on back to back days to replace a condenser on a 5 year old Lennox AC/Heat Pump unit. I chose the Maintenance/Service contract when it was first installed and am glad I did. All I paid was the $95 deductible fee and my A/C is restored. It is July, 2022 in Phoenix, AZ so you can imagine how important A/C is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️March, 2023 - P&S was here to retar a broken seal on the roofs unit. During a recent down pouring I had a small drip coming inside from the main duct on the roof as a result. Jovanny was proficient and professional retarring the pipe on the roof. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The nightmare situation everyone dreads after returning home from a weeks-long vacation happened to us when early the following morning, sewage water began flowing out of our shower and tub drains and onto the floor of our bathroom, master closet, and bedroom. Roots had finally compromised the integrity of the clay pipe that our house's ABS drain pipe were connected too and created a major blockage. Our water-softener system was recharging and flushing water into the clogged pipes, which caused the backup into our bathroom. We called a trusted Phoenix area plumber that we've used since moving to town in 2010 but our call was rerouted to Anthony's Plumbing.



Our old plumber has since moved away from Phoenix to help a family member but entrusted his client list to Anthony's Plumbing, and for good reason. The team from Anthony's plumbing responded fast and repaired and cleared the damaged pipe that was buried EIGHT FEET under ground. They worked diligently, all day long to make sure that we would be able to use our facilities that evening. The owner, Branden personally came by to explain every detail of what his team had done and was a tremendous help in advising me on dealing with the city since it was their pipe that failed. when the repairs were complete and fully inspected, Brandon personally came by the following day to fill-in the massive hole. He had a professional mason come by to patch the driveway and it now looks as if nothing ever happened.



My family is in the plumbing business back east and I know what is and what is not quality plumbing. Anthony's is a top-notch plumbing business and they strive to make their customers feel satisfied with the work they do and they stand by their work.
